Read moreWe stayed here on a Globus bus tour of Norway. I paid more for a single supplement & got the tiniest room ever! The bathroom shower was smaller than one I had on a cruise! My room did not have a kettle for morning coffee so I asked for one and the front desk lazy guy handed me a white plastic kettle with a duct taped crack down the side. I said “are you kidding? That doesn’t look healthy!” He said that was the only one they had available. I said” excuse me can’t you get a good one from an unoccupied room?”(The hotel was NOT full) He said that he couldn’t do that, but finally came up with one since I was throwing a fit & the Tour director “Irv”blew me off when I showed him the kettle (although he kept saying during the tour, if we ever have a problem to let him know) although I’m not sure why we would let him know, if he wouldn’t even help!|Also I asked the lazy front desk guy for another bath towel & he said to come down to the front desk and get it, so I asked him “isn’t that your job?” & he mumbled and said he would bring it to my room. Also my “ghetto” room had a view of the tour bus & car park! Woo hoo! What a letdown of a hotel….take my advice find a better...

The kitchen were poorly equipped, the lack of extra appliances were however filled after our request. But don’t expect premium quality, basic equipment reveals a trend to cut costs.
To summarize I would recommend a global refurbishment of both the flat comfort and appliances quality.
Our comment wouldn’t be complete without thanking desk staff for their kind help during...
