Very nice hotel. Stayed during the recent Eid holidays. The price was reasonable even though it was during the long holiday. They have a nice pool and a separate one for the small kids. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bathroom is slightly small. They have smart television with free wifi connection. The employees are professional and handle check in/out formalities quickly. The hotel is close to tourist spots.

We went for a day swim. 3 omr for adults and you can use the amenities inside. The pool is very clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. There are enough pool lounge chairs you can use. It's very nice to see the new renovations they did esp the gym area, we did not use it though.

Descent hotel with a well equiped gym and nice pool. One problem we encountered is that the dinner tables were set up just outside our room door, so it was very loud up until around 11PM. There are probably quieter rooms in the back.

Descent hotel with a well equiped gym and nice pool. One problem we encountered is that the dinner tables were set up just outside our room door, so it was very loud up until around 11PM. There are probably quieter rooms in the back.

At Falaj Daris, you're being served as kings & queens! We had a 3-days workshop there with a group, and the staff went out of their way to provide us an excellent service! Communication beforehand and during was really easy and friendly. Everything was taken care of, completely as we liked it, and more. The meeting room was very pleasant; they even provided background music! Guests were pampered. The hotel rooms are new and are absolutely great. Pleasant atmosphere all around, outside & inside and good food (buffet most of the time). And all the time, you feel like being taken care of, not just 'because it's their job", but because they WANT to do everything to give you a wonderful time! We hope to be back at Falaj Daris...

If you want to get around on your own terms, you'll need a car if you're staying here. Ample parking on site. ||It's located a few miles away from the Nizwa fort, but getting there is extremely straightforward indeed. We found the on-site restaurant had plenty of options and was very good, so would question the need to go off-site in the evenings, unless it is for something in particular. Breakfast was not as good as dinner, however. ||The rooms are spacious and comfortable. ||This is one of the few places in Nizwa to serve alcohol, and for Oman, prices are reasonable. ||Only gripe would be that the play area for children was out of commission, and looked to have been so...
