Beautiful hotel ca 20 min drive away from Nizwa. The lobby and the interior area with the pool are stunning. Our room was very nice but a little run down: stains on the sofa and the currains seemed pretty dirty. Breakfast is phantastic with a great selection of foods and drinks and you can have fresh omelets. Our ice packs were frozen in overnight and We got instructions for the Green Mountains (although it would’ve been even better to mention, that at the bottom of the Green Mountains all vehicles will be stopped and checked if 4WD (or 4x4) is available and instructions given how to drive up and down). Without 3WD it’s not worth going there at all. On our first night We drive to Nizwa to have dinner in downtown. We had on our last night the barbecue & buffet beside the pool and it was great food, beautifully displayed and really delicious. One point minus: the desert was served with small plastic spoons with really sharp edzés which cut my lips. When I told the staff, there were very nice, but told me to use a big spoon (for soups) for the small creme bowls. The hotel has (!) small spoons, as they had them for breakfast. All in all our stay was very relaxing especially at the pool area, (where it can be partly a little busy if there are children). Absolutely recommended!

Golden Tulip Nizwa Hotel – An Exemplary Venue for Celebrations Golden Tulip Nizwa Hotel truly stands out as a 4-star destination that blends top-notch service, hospitality, and professionalism, making it an ideal choice for hosting family celebrations. My recent experience booking the banquet hall for the birthday party of my 1-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter was beyond exceptional. Golden Tulip Nizwa Hotel proved to be the perfect venue for our family’s important celebration. The professionalism of Ms. Marivic, Mr. Shawn, Chef Trixie, and even the General Manager, along with the entire staff, contributed to an unforgettable event. The excellent venue, quality service, delightful food, engaging games, and warm hospitality made the event not only a success but a memorable experience for everyone. A special thanks goes to their front service, reception, and room services for ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as the event itself. I highly recommend Golden Tulip Nizwa Hotel for anyone seeking a reliable, high-quality venue for their special occasions.

A good place to stay, while your in Nizwa. The Golden Tulip of Nizwa in Oman is a truly fantastic hotel that I can recommend highly to every tourist. From the moment we arrived, the staff were there, to make our stay a comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel’s facilities were great. The pool and Bars were all immaculate, and was impressed by the range of drinks and menu available. The food is one of the highlights on our stay at Golden Tulip Nizwa. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Perhaps what impressed me the most was the staff. Lucy Alicame and Kamrul Hassan at the front desk. Ivy and Dempal at Tanuf Bar. Every one we encountered were friendly, professional and genuinely seem to care about our experience. If you are looking for a fantastic hotel in Nizwa, Oman, I would highly recommend the Golden Tulip Nizwa. From the excellent facilities, to the outstanding service and comfortable rooms, they truly exceeded all of my expectations

The hotel needs more management and more organizational processes, as it has defects and services of an unacceptable level: 1- There are defects in the Internet, as there are two types of Internet, the first of which is free and works poorly, and the second is with fees, meaning that the fees are two riyals every 6 hours. Evidence for this is that there is no explanation that the Internet is not free. 2- There are no sites with umbrellas, as there is high sunlight, and it is required to provide umbrellas in such a hotel. 3- When booking at peak times or other times, the client is measured, as one of them will go to rooms and a gloomy building without psychological comfort, meaning that the campus of the building is not clean and the temperature is high inside that building. Also, that building is used as a store for Internet tools and network servers, meaning that the platforms and equipment are located on the premises of the building. It is not reasonable for me to be there at this level. In the other basic building, there are rooms on the first floor that are not as valuable as on the second floor, where there is damage to the toilets and the water heater is located in the bathroom itself, as well as the air conditioner and its control is bad. It is not worth a hotel more than 4 stars. Also in the bed mattress is not the same cleanliness and attention, as well as the lack of all services, hand washing soap, drinking water and proper lighting. 4- On the first floor overlooking the swimming pool and the garden of the hotel, there is a direct door to the swimming pool and it should be a low-quality door with wide gaps for insects, in addition to that there is no comfort in sleeping and stillness in the room, meaning that there are sounds emanating from the adjacent room, meaning that the water swirls and you can hear what is coming from your neighbor in the adjacent room. 5- The value of the rent is considered high for such a level, as the food in the breakfast buffet is not the same as the organization and provision of all dishes and bread. You should wait a lot when...

The worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. If I could give it negative stars I definitely would. Where do I even begin: -The building feels like it's going to collapse the moment you step foot inside. -The reception staff was a little rude. No one is there to help you with your bags. I tried the lunch and the breakfast, it felt like it had been prepared a week prior. The bathroom had mold, and it felt like it hadn't been cleaned since the hotel was open. The corridor lights don't even do the job they're supposed too. When booking a hotel you would expect free WIFI but tell me why I had to pay for it, and it was still so bad. -The room lighting was so bad you couldn't even use it to do anything. -The doors for both the room and the bathroom didn't lock, this is a major safety issue. -The room felt wet and humid, and the AC doesn't even do it's job. -The couch was broken and it smelt disgusting, I'll spare you the details. There is a mosquito problem as well. During the early morning hours there was this chlorine/ chemical smell that was so strong to the point that it would choke you. And last but not least, the overall atmosphere felt very unsafe but that is subjective. This was not even half of what we...
