Palms Residence inn — Hotel in Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate

Stay away from this place if you are international travelers and specialy with babies and toddlers. There nothing you can call a standardts. The construction company done a very bad job and management continues. We took a 2 houses , one with a pool as a big family gor a 3 nights. We regret it. The place is not clean and have a many danger spots for kids, a lot of staf broken. We got electrical shocks if touch any of surface. Matrases dont have a topper, it is no hygiene and painful to baby sleep on the middle of the bed. There is no place to put a baby cot, AC is noisy and strong, ceramic slipper, microwave and catle do not reach electrical spot, you need to place it to floor, toilet sit smaller in half then bowl. The light on the terrace not working so we can't sit outside at evening. The windows cover supposed to be blackout but it have a big gap between a wall and floor so it don't do a job. A phone at rooms not connected so you can't call on reception or cafe. Breakfast a very "local style" and fixed set for 2, don't have a option, it is every day same, was a torture. Kids playground not safe, a big slider a shaking too much. A small lizard visit a rooms every day until we cove a gap between door. From a positive...there is a nice coffee shop on a territory with a good coffee and good service, but at evening it's full with a local ppl who connecting to free wifi and our internet connection become soooo slow and impossible to use it. Had a wonderful experience staying at Palms Residence. Was reasonably priced considering the private pool which was heated. The entire family had a blast. There was a mini zoo just outside as well. There's a small children's play area as well as a Cafe within the property. It is a bit far away from major amenities of the city, but that's the part of the charm. هذه ثالث زيارة لي معهم ، القيمه مقابل الخدمات جدا ممتاز, عباره عن شاليهات منفصلة وتوفر خصوصيه تامه لك ولعائلتك , ويوجد مكان مخصص العاب الاطفال ، يصلح للازواج وايظا العوائل ، يوجد شاليهات باحواض سباحة خاصه وفارق السعر بسيط او يعتمد على حسب الموسم وااسعر دوما ممتاز ، توجد حديقة حيوانا قريبه من الفندق وبيها حيوانات متنوعه مثل القرود وحيوان اللما والحمار الوحشي والنعام جلسات جميلة ومكان مخصص للشواء وايظا كوفي شوف ، الطاقم جدا ودوين ومتعاون وسريعي الاستجابة بالرغم اقامتي في فتره ذروة ، الفطور يقدم في الغرفة ومتنوع ونضيف ، نظافة الشالية والمساحة جدا ممتاز ، وجود ساحه خلفيه خاصه للشاليه ومعشبة وفيها مكان خاص للشواء بمعدات متطوره ، انصح بشدة النزول فيه ولي زيارة متكرره معهم.
