The Elegance rooms — Hotel in Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate

I went down to Nizwa for a couple of days for sign seeing and really only needed somewhere to sleep and shower and this apartment was perfect. ||Its situated just outside Nizwa but is perfect for traveling around the region and about 15 minutes into the old souk and is really easy to find. Its just a short drive from the shopping mall and to the massive Lulu Hypermarket, which opens until midnight! There are also two supermarkets downstairs so you will never be hungry! At night along the road you will find lots of small barbecue vans which are mega cheap! ||The apartment is beautifully decorated to a really high standard with a massive TV and has everything you could want for a short stay. Beware though its an internal flat which has no windows to the street, only to the light shaft. For me that's a plus, there is absolutely zero noise and you will have the most brilliant sleep. ||No one actually comes to check you in, its done by Whats app and the front door uses a code. But if you need anything they are mega quick at answering and I was a particularly annoying guest and they were always very patient and quick with their replies :-)||The price is a wee bit steep though Booking.com, it would be good if they had their own site, but having said that I would pay the same again to stay at the apartment If I returned to the area, as it´s quality...

Fantastic 1 bedroom privately hosted apartment in a residential that is clean and with no frills to the check in and out process - both done through WhatsApp / online Comfy bed, quiet, and has a 24/7 supermarket in the same building. 15 min drive from central nizwa, be sure to have a car or a taxi on demand if you rent here (or anywhere else in nizwa for that matter!) The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen. The kitchen has a medium sized fridge, electric stove (stored in one of the drawers), basic utensils and tableware, 1 pot and 1 pan. This has been by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Nizwa. I visit Nizwa often as it's my first stop when I enter Oman, and this place exceeded all my expectations.

The digital check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly welcoming and friendly. All the amenities I needed were readily available, making my stay hassle-free and comfortable. The pillow, mattress, and bed were fantastic—I had one of the best nights of sleep in a long time!
