The staff treated us very well while we stayed. There was even room for ||bargaining on the price of the room the nights we stayed there. It is central ||to small shops and easy to find other things, quite close to the Governate's tourism office where we got lots of information, maps. The front desk treated us all very well. The restuarant was not open when we were there but there was a small kitchenette that we used to make a pleasant meal for us all. Restaurants also within ten minutes drive. Shopping, barbers, made us happy enough to recommend it and to return another time should be need a night of rest before traveling on to Muscat or Al Ain, Dubai, Abu Dhabi. ||||The office sent people up very quickly to take care of small issues. ACs have probably not been well maintained, and I could feel the dust particles in my nose and throat! I could not sleep and had to leave after the first night!
The room should have been cleaner, even at this level.
Worst of all, customer service was terrible. The receptionist/manager was very rude when I complained and asked for a refund, raising his voice while wearing a fake smile!
Not recommended at all!
If you decide to go there, DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE! If you must, pay for one...
