Kyriad Hotel, Salalah — Hotel in Dhofar Governorate

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Kyriad Hotel in Salalah. On two separate occasions, I was unable to access my own room because of faulty door locks, and each time I had to wait far too long for the maintenance engineer to fix it. On top of that, the bathroom had constant fluctuations in water temperature, making it very uncomfortable to use.

This hotel is run with poor management, poor maintenance, and zero urgency when it comes to guest comfort. Honestly, the overall quality feels lower than many average 3-star hotels, yet they charge much more than it’s worth. The public relations manager (Abdl Aziz Al Baraami ) helped us to reserve the hotel room was simply outstanding! He was so helpful and made the whole process smooth. Staying at this hotel was a very impressive experience.
