I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed. It had everything I needed and more, including a comfortable bed, a large LCD television, a fridge, a dressing area, a cupboard, and a convenient table and chair. The attention to detail and the inclusion of all these accessories and guest amenities made my stay truly enjoyable. It was clear that the hotel management had put a lot of thought into ensuring the comfort and convenience of their guests.

The lobby of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was incredibly courteous and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, and their professionalism and friendliness added to the overall positive experience. The lifts were fast and efficient, making it easy to move around the hotel.

One aspect that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the property. The hotel was immaculately maintained, and I felt confident in the high hygiene standards they maintained. The attention to cleanliness and the overall tidiness of the hotel added to the sense of comfort and relaxation.

The hotel's gym and swimming pool were an absolute treat. It was refreshing to have these facilities available for guests to unwind and stay active. Whether I wanted to work out or take a dip, I had the perfect amenities right at my fingertips.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It offered easy access to various attractions, shopping centers, and dining options in Muscat. It was convenient to explore the city and experience the vibrant local culture.

Last but not least, the breakfast served at the hotel was simply delicious. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and the quality of the food was top-notch. Starting my day with such a delightful meal set a positive tone for the rest of my stay.

On our arrival we were greeted , welcomed and checked in by a young lady by the name of Tya.. She greeted us with the greatest respect, warmth , Kindness and hospitality at the highest level of professionalism.. She went way over and beyond in making our stay very enjoyable, comfortable and memorable by also assisting us with transportation, outside arrangements and welcoming our local Omani guests ( who happened to be very high profile Omani dignitaries) with the upmost respect and displayed a very high level of first class professional mannerisms ..Our local Omani Guest were blown away with her warmth , respect and kindness… she was a true positive ambassador to the hospitality industry and a wonderful reflection on the Omani culture with her display of warmth, kindness and, respect, and very helpful mannerisms towards everybody that came across her path …

Are you travelling to Muscat, the sprawling, enlightening, friendly capital city of Oman? If you are, and you need a reasonably priced, happy friendly environment, look no further than the Holiday Inn, Al Seeb, Muscat. It is a hotel I know intimately, I have just checked out after 54 days; 54 days that extended my total stay at the hotel to 154 days of varying periods since mid-August 2018 when I was, in readiness for a long stay, checking-out hotels in the Muscat area. Over and above four other Muscat hotels I decided to choose the Holiday Inn for several reasons.

Firstly, one cannot help but feel welcome when meeting with the front of house team, inclusive of the reception people, the people offering hot towels, cold drinks and my favourite, Arabic coffee. All of which is supported by the guys who take care of the luggage.

The guest soon realises that the meticulous and caring housekeeping team are dedicated and determined to ensure that the rooms and suites are clean and well stocked with the fundamentals. Furthermore, for that extra need, guests have access to a cheery room service.

The hotel proffers a well-planned international cuisine selection that presents interesting menus. My favourites were the curry and tex-mex evenings. The menus are prepared and cooked by a dedicated kitchen team, which in turn, is supported by a cheerful and pleasing restaurant, coffee bar and bar staff.

In fact, my wife and I shall definitely visit the hotel’s restaurant to enjoy the food and service; however, we are also looking forward to the hotel’s two new cuisine experiences; the Thursday evening Italian night and visiting the new Asian restaurant, which was under construction when I checked-out.
