Hotel Summersands — Hotel in Muscat Governorate

Hotel Summersands - NO GO HOTEL!||I booked in booking.com a room for max. 4 persons - 1 Kingsize-bed and 2 normal beds! If we arrived ( 3 Persons) there - they gave me a room with 2 beds and one extra bed. After 40 min hard discussion they gave me another normal bed but there was a internal door too to a kingsize bed room - i asked for open it but the hotel mananger want 10 omani rial. It was really annoying cause the hotel was not full booked and lot of rooms was free. ||After Dinner we came back 2 the hotel and one light in the room didnt turn off. So I called again the reception 2 open the internal door cause i cant sleep with light. BUT THEY DIDNT ! ||This hotel has really no clue how to treat customers.||By the way u hear very well the noise the main road!||I m traveling a lot but never had this before .||So...

A very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and nice cooperative stuff.. But sometimes noisy from the stuff themselves while in the room .There was a problem with the WiFi that they fixed.. Otherwise, I did liked this hotel for sure.. Away from the waiter that keeps following you while you are putting your food in the restaurant which felt uncomfortable, he should take 2 steps back and come only when called..
