OYO 109 Al Thabit Modern Hotel Apartment — Hotel in Muscat Governorate

Worst hotel I have ever been to. When we have been showed the room it was obviously unclean : Cockroaches (alive ones) Stained bedsheets with hair on them! Food on the floor! Almonds and whatnot, which proves that the room floor was not cleaned The bathroom ... I will let you imagine based on the list above. All furniture were so old and unmaintained, some of them with even breadcrumbs.

I don't know how they got the 3 stars for their hotel. And if you think I simply got unlucky with the room, you're so wrong! The hallway, the elevator, the entrance, etc. Everything was disastrous. The receptionist suggested another room and we checked it fast, same it wasn't as it's supposed to be. All this said, we refused to stay there and requested a refund that we did not get.

Then my wife and I reserved another 3 star hotel, u can't even compare!!!! Al thabit "modern" hotel is neither modern nor a hotel, it's just a place to do you dirty business for a night, that's it. 1 star is too...

This location is very good. I stay hare for 3 days. Room rent is 12OMR. Room is good. Customer service is good. Good view. Near airport. I like this place. Nearby domino mcdonals coffee cafe etc are good. And everyone is friendly. Food is good high quality. This place is very quiet and beautiful. I suggest to all traveller to stay hare if you come for 2 or 3 days in oman. They provide Texi services for very cheap price. If you have international licenses you drive hare go anywhere anytime. So guys overall this place...

My recent stay at this hotel was a worst nightmare. The room was in poor condition, with used tissues and food crumbs left behind, rooms were not properly cleaned. The smell in the room was also quite unpleasant. To top it off, the staff was unfriendly and unresponsive to our concerns, which only made the situation worse. I had hoped for a more comfortable and welcoming experience, but sadly, this hotel did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend...
