Title: A Memorable Stay at Sarina Hotel - Exquisite Hospitality at its Finest

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sarina Hotel during my visit to your wonderful city, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I entered the grand lobby, I was captivated by the elegance and warmth that enveloped the entire establishment.

The staff at Sarina Hotel were incredibly welcoming, treating me like a valued guest from the very beginning. Their attentiveness and genuine care made me feel right at home. Every interaction, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was met with a smile and a willingness to assist with any request I had. Their professionalism and dedication truly set them apart.

My room at Sarina Hotel was nothing short of luxurious. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings created a sense of opulence that made my stay even more special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities provided were of the highest quality, and I appreciated the little touches that added to the overall experience.

The dining options at Sarina Hotel were a gastronomic delight. The hotel boasts an impressive range of restaurants, each offering its own unique ambiance and cuisine. From indulging in local delicacies to savoring international flavors, I was spoiled for choice. The impeccable service and delectable dishes left me craving for more.

Sarina Hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city. Situated in the heart of the bustling downtown area, I found myself just steps away from various attractions, shopping centers, and vibrant nightlife. The hotel's concierge provided valuable recommendations and helped me plan my itinerary, ensuring I made the most of my time in the city.

Additionally, the hotel's facilities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine while traveling. The spa provided a haven of relaxation, offering a wide range of treatments to pamper both the body and mind. The rooftop pool was an oasis of tranquility, providing breathtaking views of the city skyline.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Sarina Hotel. The impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, outstanding dining options, and convenient location truly made my stay exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Sarina Hotel to anyone visiting the city, as it promises an unforgettable experience and a true taste of hospitality at its finest. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Thank you, Sarina Hotel, for making my stay an...

Just 103 miles from Shigar is a Scenic drive on soft winding roads along the Mighty river Indus and subsequently river Shyok the quaint hamlet of Khaplu🏡 It is the Capital of the Ghanche District of GB☺. My first Impression of entering the Khaplu Palace Hotel was reminiscent of a Moroccan Riad! We were welcomed by Fresh Apricot juice (Chamuss) and nuts, by the amiable staff. The Khaplu Palace engulfs you into its own immediately..it has that inherent quality😊 My room 101 I shall probably never vacate..as it felt it was always only mine! With window sills and a door leading into an Enchanting Apple, Apricot,Cherry & Plum Orchard! Blooming healthy flowers and large bees such a Heavenly sight! The tradional resting sofa/divan adds to the relaxation par excellence. The 5 star comfort of the rooms is exemplary considering Khaplu Palace is technically in a village! Full marks to the Efficient & well trained staff who produced 5 star quality food and delectable local dishes like Fasanjoon and mouthwatering soups made with the freshest ingredients. My favourite was the Arzuq..a Balti version of a donut! This is indeed God's Own Country with so much History to be Proud of and the Highest Mountains around. The Palace of Khaplu is so well preserved with the collaboration of Norway that it's life has probably been enhanced for another 800 years! It's a Magical labyrinth of curious architecture and intricate carvings. I was wondering if an outsider came in he would probably never find his way out!..perhaps the intention of the inmates! The Rani's room is A Must See..it has been modernised while keeping it's history in tact..how wondrous would it be if the walls could talk and tell us tales of aeons past! Khaplu is A picturesque place with a vastness that's Surreal. There is so much to do here, like hiking on tracks that lead to Buddhist remains to fishing your own trout at the picturesque trout farm and dipping your feet in the freezing Shyok river! All other excursions are minimum 3 -4 hours away! Half an hour away on a good road is a mini Deosai called Hanjor Broq with lush Pastures and wheat fields. The Ancient Chaqchan mosque is a gem worth seeing..it's in the midst of the hamlet where you walk past waving smiling angelic children and everyone greets you on the way..so warm. I would like to give a Special mention to the GM of the Khaplu Palace hotel who is so hands on & sees to the Impeccable service with his endearing persona. Happy Holidaying in Beautiful...

Went to see the room on the 24 .05.2023.we were two couples with 2 infants. Got to the serenas khaplu for the booking of either 2 rooms or 1 big room with 2 double beds if offered.went to reception. A young man first gave me a strange look and then took me to a double room.i politely asked him to show me the other room and he flatly refused me by saying that there isn't any point in looking at the other room as both rooms are the same .Never for a second, I felt welcome ,nor greeted. He probably thought that there wasn't any way I could afford those, and when we get back ,he had someone there and inspite of his other colleagues standing there,he got engaged with that foreign potential guest.

Never have I ever felt so bad and pathetic. What a filthy service, the rooms are OK and the ambience was not bad also but 26000pkr/night for a double bed with such low and poor standards of service are mind-boggling.ive had much better experience in staying at travel lodges.what a waste of that location that was.

I humbly suggest the owners or the management of the khaplu Serena Hotel to properly train their staff to be more empathetic and kind towards their guests.who are are paying much more than their salaries. If you're asking for such top bucks, then start providing such service to your guests aswell.Poor guys thought that I am a local tourist and wouldn't be able to afford it. What a jackAzz.anyway. I got the room next door at the same location. Yes, not as posh as Serena for 6000pkr/night and 2hat a great service I received .Value for money 'Royal Cottage' was the name...

Nestled in the picturesque valley of Khaplu, the Serena Khaplu Palace is a captivating blend of history, culture, and elegance. This centuries-old palace, originally owned by the rulers of Khaplu, offers a unique experience that transports you back in time while maintaining the comforts of modern hospitality. The rooms at Serena Khaplu Palace are beautifully preserved in their original style, allowing guests to enjoy the charm of the past with the convenience of today’s amenities. Each room is thoughtfully designed, reflecting the rich heritage and traditional architecture of the region. The ambiance created by the wooden carvings and period furniture adds to the overall experience of staying in a place steeped in history. One of the highlights of the palace is its museum, which is well worth a visit. It provides a fascinating glimpse into the local culture, the history of the region, and the legacy of the Khaplu rulers. The exhibits are well-curated, making it a must-see for anyone interested in the heritage of Gilgit-Baltistan. A special thanks to Aqeel, who went out of his way to ensure our visit was memorable. His warm hospitality and personal attention made all the difference, turning our stay into an unforgettable experience. Overall, Serena Khaplu Palace is more than just a hotel; it's a journey into the rich history and culture of Khaplu, and a perfect retreat for those looking to explore the enchanting landscapes of the region. Highly recommended for history buffs, nature lovers, and anyone seeking a unique stay in Pakistan’s northern areas.

Serena Khaplu Palace is a truly special place. It's a beautifully restored 19th-century palace offering a unique blend of history, luxury, and stunning natural beauty. Here's a quick rundown of what makes it stand out: The Wow Factor: Historic Ambiance: Staying in a Raja's palace is an experience in itself. The architecture, the gardens, and the overall atmosphere transport you back in time. Breathtaking Views: Nestled amidst the Karakoram mountains, the views are simply awe-inspiring. Impeccable Service: Serena Hotels are known for their hospitality, and Khaplu Palace is no exception. The staff is attentive and goes the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. Things to Keep in Mind: Remote Location: Khaplu is a relatively remote village, so be prepared for a journey to get there. However, this also adds to its charm and tranquility. Limited Amenities: While comfortable, the hotel may not have all the bells and whistles of a large city hotel. Overall: Serena Khaplu Palace is perfect for travelers seeking a unique and authentic experience. It's ideal for those who appreciate history, natural beauty, and a peaceful escape.
