Red Rock Hotel — Hotel in Murree Tehsil

If there was an award for the worst hotel experience ever, Red Rock Hotel would win it hands down. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I had made a mistake—and it only went downhill from there.

First off, the staff is shockingly unprofessional, rude, and clearly not trained in even basic hospitality. They make you feel like you're a burden, not a guest. Requests are ignored, complaints are laughed off, and don’t even bother asking for help—they’ll either roll their eyes or disappear completely.

The rooms are a disaster. Dirty sheets, leaking bathrooms, zero ventilation, and broken furniture. The walls are so thin you’ll hear everything from the next room—every cough, every argument, every flush. It honestly felt like I was sleeping in a cheap hostel, not a hotel that pretends to be “premium.”

Room service? A joke. It takes HOURS to arrive, and when it finally does, it’s cold, tasteless, and overpriced. I wouldn’t feed that food to a stray dog. Hygiene? Nonexistent. Cleanliness? Forget it. Even the towels looked like they had been used and reused for a decade.

The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, there is no AC.Complaints fall on deaf ears. They just shrug and say, “This is how it is.”

Too much bad experience. For 2 nights stay they were demanding advance rent for both 2 nights...amazing. We were not paid so but paid one night Rs.4000/ next morning a middle aged characterless counter person demanded 2nd night rent which we paid to this 3rd class person. Wifi was not working. No Room service and cleaning. In Muree most of Hotels, shops and transport owners and serving persons are of Abbasi cast. No one can believe on them. As are mostly miss commenters. Never deal them verbally but deal them in written. They take no time to revert from their commitment as they mostly speak lie. Don't trust...

Hotel Red Rock is located in an excellent location near the Deo Bus Terminal which is less crowded. In front of it is the local bazaar, the steps of which lead to Mall Road. The room rent is low. There is no adequate cleanliness in the room. Blanket bed sheet pillow covers are not cleaned. There is no exhaust fan in the room. The windows don't open all the way either.
