There's no elevators (we got a room on the third floor on the second to farthest block). The Wi-Fi only works in the lobby and is extremely weak.

The food at the buffets were very average. The lobby/dining area is semi outdoors and they leave the food out in the open so it's a little unsettling.

The A/C in the rooms work well and the room feels pretty clean and dust free. Very spacious and comfortable for 2 people.

We didn't participate in any of the activities that they offered on-site but did walk the trail at the back of the property. A ten minute walk on a wooden bridge through a (mangrove?) forest takes you to a small deck on the edge of the water with a nice view.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Please don't expect too much for luxuries in Palau. This is a simple country where people love the nature and ocean.||||The hotel's 90s resort facilities standard. A very big room with ordinary furniture and it's perfect for hanging all wet stuff after snorkeling trip. Terrible wifi access and it's only available at the lobby. ||||There's a nice mangroves trail (5-10mins walk) which lead you to a hidden beautiful lake.||||All staff are friendly and surprisingly a birthday cake to my friend who birthday falls in the month. Yes it's a hotel in Airai,Palau. But no, they don't like palauans. They try as much as possible to do everything in chinese. What do you expect? they are Taiwanese. The rooms are terrible. The bed sheets looked like they were once white before, but now are yellow from chlorine washing. the bathrooms had black tiles under the sink and toilet that i noticed when i dropped my phone inside the bathroom. And to top it all of, NO ENGLISH! i i mean there are, but only the front desk. I guess the only advantage was the path to the open ocean but other than that, i am NOT going...
