Read moreThis was my first time at Liamo on a solo leisure trip in 2019. Ms. Diana Philemon met with me upon my arrival, to confirm my attendance on the Klin Wara tour. I had been liaising with her and Ms. Miriam Whippy via email from Port Moresby in the weeks leading up to my arrival in Kimbe. I later met with the most excellent host, Ms. Miriam Whippy who accompanied me on the Klin Wara tour. The Klin Wara tour consists of a prepared picnic alongside a water hole connected to a stream in the forest. I had lunch with Ms. Miriam Whippy upon my return. Restaurant and bar service was fast. I loved their gift shop from which I purchased nice souvenirs. The Reception ladies were helpful and pleasant and I did notice that Housekeeping takes their cleaning responsibilities very seriously –the floors were immaculately clean and the lawns and sand on the beach front of the resort were spotless. Even nearly one year later, I hold a very good impression of the service, assistance, and customer service with care extended to me. Thank you to Ms. Miriam Whippy and your team for making my activity and dining experience a memorable...
