Masurina Lodge — Hotel in New Guinea

I absolutely love this place! My very recent trip was a week ago and it was my 2nd time to stay here at Masurina. The place is amazing, friendly staff and atmosphere, welcoming environment, free laundry service, great food, and the rooms are beautiful and fully set, the pillows and bed are so comforting to relax after a long day's activity. The only setback I came across was the TV Channel service, maybe introducing a wide variety of channels for guests to enjoy and choose from would be great. Otherwise, the hospitality is great and food orders do not take too long to arrive and this is something I really admired. I tried their Swiss Burger and to be honest, I have never tasted a burger like that in my entire life! It was so delicious! Thumbs up to the chef who does an amazing job. Typical friendly Milne Bay hospitality. Food was excellent and the room was good. The only hiccup I had was that the staff could not iron my police uniform the first time I sent it to them. In fact they returned it unironed. They said they were scared I might arrest them if they didn't iron it properly. It took sometime to convince them it was alright, after I realised that they were serious about the whole thing. Eventually we had to settle for the uniform being ironed by one of their "mothers" who had many years of ironing experience so that she doesn't mess it up. The management not professional,i already made payment for long time before my arrived and when i arrived that my rooms i payment before already sold to another guest.When i want to meet the manager and waiting more than 3 hours the manager dont want to meet me altough to say sorry,and they gave me the worst room thats many ants event on my beds.Its really bad for this hotel and management to be honest And for noted i am not first time stayed this hotel and now they makes the loyal...
