Hotel Liebling Ciudad del Este — Hotel in Ciudad del Este

This is a great hotel for the price! Location not so great but it’s mostly safe in my experience especially inside the hotel. It’s the area outside and around it at night where it is questionable. The room was pretty good. They gave us a discount because all they had was a three person room ad we were only two. The tv was not connected to wifi and none of the apps like Netflix, Amazon, or HBO Max worked even when connected to the internet. No soap in the bathrooms but they had shampoo and conditioner. Hot water once on the very first day and none since. The power also went out while we were staying there. They have a generator but it would not power the a/c. It barely powered one light. Every staff member here from the front desk to kitchen to cleaning are very polite and helpful. The food was good and the complimentary breakfast was good too. Una experiencia pésima, los precios del hotel están a la altura de un hotel 4 o 5 estrellas pero lamentablemente su servicio e instalaciones no llegan ni a 3 estrellas. Las habitaciones sin caja fuerte, el agua caliente es de un termo calentador pequeño por lo tanto tienes q andar muy rápido en la ducha porque el agua caliente ae acaba muy rápido. La habitación triple q reserve y pagué tenía roto un sensor d incendio y cada 20 segundos sonaba haciendo imposible estar en la habitación, avisé a recepción y me cambiaron a otra habitación pero doble y no triple q era por la q había pagado. Las limpiadoras hacen ruido escandaloso en los pasillos cuando están limpiando, gritan y hablan sin parar. El wifi apenas funciona si te acercas a la puerta d la habitación. En el resto d la habitación no llega. Un día llegamos a lado habitación y no había wifi, ni televisión, ni cable, llamé y me dijeron q estaban arreglando el wifi. Al rato volvió el wifi pero seguía funcionando igual d mal. En la cama de matrimonio solo hay una mesita d noche en un lado, en el otro lado no hayy tampoco hay lamparita en la mesita d noche, cada vez q quieres pagar o encender la luz tienes q levantarte e ir hasta la puerta q es donde está el interruptor. Cada vez q llegas al parking tienes q salir del auto y avisar a la chica d recepción para q te abra la puerta porque ella está con su móvil sin atender las cámaras para abrir la puerta del parking. En fin, podría seguir relatando cosas q me han sucedido en tan solo dos días pero ya creo q se puede entender con esto q cuento. No volveré a este...

But the food and good times with the little bbq and burger place at night is a small street party..But if ya do not partake you really do not hear it from room.. My room had a living room then bed room with door...
