Nova Hotel Executive — Hotel in Ciudad del Este

They slandered me and wanted to impose an unjust fine even though I didn't smoke in the room. When I refused, they threatened me and said they would file a complaint. I said I would file a counter complaint.|- They didn't deliver an invoice even though I requested one|- There were bugs crawling around the lobby and corridors. There were also dead cockroaches|- My room hadn't been cleaned. There were hairs and used toilet paper everywhere. The room (including the bed) was filthy!|- Breakfast items and forks/spoons were dirty. They served blackened (probably spoiled) eggs|- The staff didn't want to talk to me at all. They didn't even have the decency to look at my face. They were indifferent and disrespectful. They either didn't answer my questions at all or gave evasive answers|- Due to its location, there wasn't a single person who spoke English, the international common language. All communication had to be done via Google Translate||In short, I was not satisfied at all. It was a completely disappointing hotel experience. The location is not great and I found that some taxi drivers supposedly couldn't find it when using the taxi apps. The room was very basic barely meeting main requirements. The breakfast was very basic with little variety. The staff didn't speak a single word of English, which makes it very hard for them to communicate with people who don't speak Spanish. When I asked if they could provide a driver for sightseeing their price was ridiculously expensive and exploitative compared to a price you'd get using a normal taxi or ordering a trip via an app. Overall, I wasn't really pleased with the quality and the deal.
