Upon our arrival at the hotel in the afternoon, the welcome by the manager very disappointing, without saying hello, eating food at the reception in front of us without paying attention.||||The next day we did not have our tour scheduled, which we confirmed with the staff at the reception the day before and they rushed us (manager) to leave without having breakfast. ||||We have had problems in the room, they changed us to another room, waiting for improvements, but in the new room there was no WiFi, a service that is included in the rate.||||Breakfast is the most disappointing, every day the same, scrambled egg, ham (3 small pieces), 2 petipan with jam and butter, papaya or pineapple juice that ran out very quickly, if you came later for breakfast they would run out of options.||||The place is beautiful, with a lot of potential, but unfortunately not at an expected level, the inadequate and untrained staff, the service that is conspicuous by its absence and the manager concerned with his appearance, instead of providing service to customers (not friendly, does not say hello, definitely not for this type of work, nor did he offer me solutions at the requested time asking about the services I am paying for).||||We have been staying for several days, losing faith in the service and food they offer in the restaurant (microwave-heated fries, nothing crisp or fresh), unpresentable kitchen, dirty, without complying with any type of cleaning protocol, disinfection, not to mention pool area.||||I hope that my comments reach the people in charge and decisions are made, improvements that each guest expects during their visit, at least a better breakfast service, quality - price ratio, the rate is not cheap and the cost of breakfast per person does not exceed 8 soles.||||I think that during my visit there were some managers, visiting the place, the staff ran around them, but it is sad that as passengers we realize their presence, but their staff serves them and not passengers who are paying for service provided.||||My suggestion is to hire professionals from the hotel industry, to provide better service that can take this resort much further than expected. Having income, charging a rate that is not low and passengers leaving the hotel disappointed will not give long-term results. With suggestions in mention, I believe that there is a better future for national and international tourism that wants to know places as beautiful...

Read moreTrataré de ser totalmente objetivo en los comentarios sobre mi reciente experiencia. Estuve alojado una semana junto a mi familia.||||Llegamos por la tarde, directamente para almorzar. El ingreso no tiene rampa, razón lo cual deberás cargar tus maletas hacia la recepción. Durante la comida nos abordó un señor invitándonos a un “evento” bajo la premisa “se van a divertir”. Nos dijo además, que nos entregarían un cupón de descuento para una próxima visita. Finalmente se trató de una reunión con el clásico sketch entre jefe y vendedor buscando nuestra suscripción a una membresía para el club del hotel (esto duró casi hora y media). Como no acepté, no me entregaron el descuento ofrecido y perdí mi tiempo. ¿Cómo quieren que compre algo que aún no evalué ni dos horas? ||||Las instalaciones: ||La cabaña cuenta con servicios básicos como cualquier hotel tres estrellas. Habitaciones amplias y con balcón. Lo malo es que la señal de internet es muy mala. Si viajas por tema de estudios o trabajo deberás salir hasta el lobby donde la señal mejora. Lo malo es que sólo encuentras una toma de corriente disponible por si quieres conectar algún cargador.||La zona de comidas es amplia y ventilada. La comida es buena, algunos platos son caros y el desayuno incluido es americano todos los días. Yo tuve que almorzar y cenar varios días en ese local puesto que la salida hacia la cuidad no es tan sencilla. El hotel se encuentra a 10 minutos saliendo de la carretera y deberás esperar que alguna moto llegue o en su defecto contratar un taxi.||La piscina es grande y posee una vista impresionante hacia el paisaje. Lo malo es que no realizan limpieza permanente en la zona. Varios días tuve que ver las mismas botellas y mascarillas tiradas en el agua y alrededores. Es normal encontrar muchos insectos muertos flotando; esto sí es complejo de controlar porque se trata de un ambiente abierto.||No hay más zonas habilitadas para los huéspedes. ||||El servicio:||Total ausencia del administrador para garantizar la experiencia de cliente. Llegas como “NN” y te vas como “NN”. Es decir, no hay trato personalizado ni identifican y resuelven tus necesidades oportunamente. Pagué un adicional porque llevé a mi menor niño y tuve que acercarme varias veces a recepción para solicitar me manden un rollo más de papel higiénico o me entreguen una toalla extra. Se cortó el agua caliente un par de días y nadie me llamó o expuso la razón. Me tuve que acercar para que me explicaran que la lluvia dañó el sistema. La penúltima noche tuve que soportar durante toda la madrugada el escándalo del vecino a quien se le ocurrió hacer un karaoke con sus invitados. Tuve que llamar a recepción a las cuatro de la madrugada para que sólo me digan “señor el hotel tomará las acciones del caso”. Y así nos dio la mañana sin solución. Todos los días reciben gente que paga “Full Day” por sólo veinte soles (según nos informaron en recepción). Aquí se complica todo, porque si bien tienes una zona para huéspedes en la periferia de la piscina, esta no se respeta y ves grupos por todos lados ensuciando y saturando zonas comunes sin considerar distanciamiento social. Sólo rescatar la buena atención del personal del bar inferior y la del salvavidas que también hace de mozo.||||En conclusión, se trata de un hotel que te cobra por la ubicación geográfica privilegiada que posee. Es realmente espectacular la visión de los paisajes y el contacto con la naturaleza. Pero el servicio y experiencia no forman parte del paquete. Si lo que quieres es sólo desconectarte está bien, si lo que necesitas es que al menos te digan buenos días cuando te vean, instálate...
