Read moreI arrived early morning to be told that although my current guide book advertised a rate of 30 soles my room would cost 250 soles. As the only hotel in town I had no choice. I pointed this out to the hotel manager later in the day he reduced the rate to 180 soles. He had no need to do this. He was a very decent, helpful and honourable man. My stay was spoiled by the large number of excited children touring the corridors and consuming the pool. The only real downside other than the screaming of the children was the loud music from the pool which made the otherwise excellent dining...

I had askedthe local police for recommendation and went ther, large covered parking area, large building recessed from the street.
