Hostal turístico Alborada — Hotel in Canta

2 things that stand out from room 400 is: clean and the good view towards the mountains! On the other hand, the windows cannot be closed properly, the bathroom smells bad because of the drainage ... and the staff is not so helpful for being a city that lives off tourism. The worst thing of all is that when we returned to the hostel after breakfast we found the main door of the hostel and the one to our room where our valuables were in there ... happily nothing happened!

2 cosas que resaltan de la habitación 400 es: limpio y la buena vista hacia las montañas! De otro lado las ventanas no se pueden cerrar bien, el baño huele mal por el drenaje... y el personal no es tan servicial para ser una ciudad que vive del turismo. Lo peor de todo es que cuando regresamos al hostal despues del desayuno encontramos la puerta principal del hostal y la de nuestra habitacion donde se encontraban nuestras cosas de valor ahi dentro... felizmente...

Es el peor hostal que he conocido. Solicité habitación con mi menor hijo y la señora me dice, para que ingrese tu hijo primero tiene que autorizar su mamá, ante mi indignación le solicité el libro de reclamación y se negó de brindarme dicho libro. Este es un hecho real al extremo, por ningún motivo se debe permitir la discriminación. TOMANDO TODA LAS CONSIDERACIONES NO LES RECOMIENDO HOSPEDARSE EN ESTE HOSTAL. Pésima atención!!! Tenía una reserva para llegar hasta las 11pm con mi esposo y mi bebé. Sin embargo, a 10 min de llegar al hotel, 10:30pm me mandan un mensaje diciendo: Ya cerraron recepción, para una próxima ocasión se le podrá atender. No lo recomiendo!
