Perú is a Spanish country. Therefore, it is YOUR responsibility to speak Spanish -more than basic- at this hostal, not theirs to speak English!
The room was very big and the private bathroom was also large. Lucila was very nice and helpful, she let us use the washing machine and kitchen -basic staff kitchen- as we stayed for more than 3 nights. The town itself is VERY dusty, the staff are always trying their best to keep the place clean but dust gets everywhere. Also, very secure place (24/7 desk). I recommend a room away from the streets as all Amazonian towns are quite noisy and also a room on the 1st or second floor as the WIFI on the 3rd floor isn't very...

The hostel is located at the very end of town, on a dusty road where most buildings are still under construction (October 2019). Lots of dust everywhere in the hostel, and the place was very noisy. It was one big echo chamber.

Las habitaciones son algo ruidosas, se precisa de tapones para los oídos al dormir si quieres descansar bien.
