Morona Flats & Pool - Alquiler de Departamentos en Iquitos — Hotel in Iquitos

My family and I just stayed at Morona Flats and Pool recently and we absolutely loved it. It was the perfect place for our family, we have a 4 year old and a 1.5 year old. It was clean, safe, and in a really quiet part of town in Iquitos. For anyone who has ever traveled to Iquitos, Iquitos and quiet don't normally go together but this place was very peaceful without the loud noises that are so very typical of Iquitos. It was a little outside of the center of town (which was also nice) but a quick motor taxi ride gets you right to the center of town in just a few minutes. The staff at the hotel were very responsive, accommodating, hospitable and kind. The owner happened to be in the hotel during our stay and was so kind. One night, the drain to our shower was a little clogged and he came himself to clean it and show us how to use the hot water in the shower. A staff member went out one evening to get water for us and they always rushed to the door to open it for us when we were going out. Upon request, furniture was moved to make it more baby proof. These small details made our stay so much more special. Without a doubt, we will return anytime we travel to Iquitos and highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in Iquitos. Cozy place for staying one night and one month. Comfortable mattress, good place for rest, hot shower, convenient kitchen in the apartment with everything you need. Big rooms that I really love big space where is feeling that I can breathe free. Wide terrace where I love to sleep and where during the nigh time is possible to feel sweet aroma of night flowers. That was really special for me. I also like big swimming pool with barbecue area. Morona team is very kind and ready to help as much as they can in the guests' needs. Definitely recommend this place to stay and would love to come back....

Totalmente recomendable! desde la administracion hasta el personal de mantenimiento, este es el mejor lugar en el que me he hospedado. Estuve casi 9 dias y la unica queja que tengo, es que trabajan muy duro para proveer el mejor servicio a sus huespedes. La señora Carmen te provee de muchas facilidades, desde recomendaciones en que hacer hasta informacion para cierto tipo de transacciones, tales como cambiar dolares, movilidad, etc. El lugar es super seguro sobretodo si viajas con niños y niñas u peronas de edad. La piscina o alberca es un complemento muy importante en esta ciudad sobretodo por el calor. tienen amacas y hasta la parrilla proveen en caso de que quieran hacer un parrillada o bbq. Definitivamente recomendada y no pierdan el tiempo buscando Airbnbs donde tienen que pagar por limpieza u otros gastos. Este lugar tiene precios decentes y es muchisimo mejor que un Airbnb.
