Hostal Plaza Pacifico — Hotel in Islay

Well, since there are no other options in Matarani, I give this hostel a 3 star rating; in other places I would give two; the location of the hostel is somewhat weird on the second floor above a casino; the hostel has no parking; check-in was okay, but the receptions seems not to be staffed all the times; my room was spacious and clean; bed was also okay - overall a place you do want to spend more than one night...Ah and be aware that in winter it gets very cold in this part of Peru (the Humboldt current) and I bought a heater for my stay. Also places to eat in this town...
