Hotel San Martin Inn — Hotel in Juliaca

Had to stay here one night when my flight got canceled out of Juliaca due to freezing rain.||||Location is great, ten/fifteen minutes from airport. Check in guy was kind.||||BUT IT WAS FREEZING! I'm not talking cold. I'm talking 2 DEGREES CELSIUS/36 FAHRENHEIT INSIDE THE ROOM. I could see my breath in the room. No heating anywhere to be seen. I've been to cold hostels in Peru, but this was too much. It was 6pm and I was too cold to do anything but curl up under a mound of blankets for the rest of the seemingly interminable night.||||Not very clean either. No breakfast. La calle de es bulliciosa desde temprano, por lo que no es recomendable una habitación que de hacia la avenida.||La entrada está ubicada en un centro comercial en un primer piso, pero en realidad el hotel se encuentra a partir de la segunda planta.
