It was really disappointing for my self and my family, I was expecting a lot from this property, I was in punta sal...and it was a little better over there First bad things was misleading info about your hotel activity and service in your web site....you mentioned that it had 3 restaurant to choose from....and it was false..it was only 1 restaurant...I was told because low season...but that's not what you say in your website before you book it...also you mention..ceviche stand, chicharron stand.....and it wasn't....everything was inside the market buffet reaturant.....which I found only I kind of tiradito...so no even ceviche... Breakfast buffet bad....no omelet station...they prepared fried eggs like 20 order in one shelfing dish...they mounted one over another one with tomato sauce on the botttom... No waffle, no pancake( prepared at order) no good at all Then you move to The pool...and try to eat over there....chicken nuggets, burger s, triples, salchipapa....all those food was really bad...all dry and saggy...very bad food....cold.... We stayed 3.nights and we had to eat the same food all nights ...so it was un acceptable for what we paid all inclusive Only the drinks was ok...and the pool also closed at 6pm...so early...I'm thinking because lack of illumination around the pool... So after this..I really won't recommend this place to anyone..... Very bad management guidance, this place it won't last that much if they keep operating like this. I work in a hospitality business in usa....and I have been in many all inclusive like punta cana, cancun ...and you guys charged like them....100 dollars per person... So I hope you get better in all aspects And give what you offer at your web site Otherwise change it. Thank you

Rooms are spacious, but the beds could be bigger (full size, not queens) and more comfortable. The location is stunning, and the design is recreating and old colonial town. With stone paved "streets" and impressive hand carved wooden doors and patios. Colorful, well tended flower beds and lawns. With live entertainment, several pools, and even a movie theater, you could easily spend a week here and still find small alleyways to explore. I really commend the attention to detail. The service staff is extremely attentive and shows a real desire to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The food is great with lots of options. The drinks are tasty and strong. There is food and drinks in some form or other from 7am to 2am. Definitely recommend, even if just for a weekend getaway of relaxation.

The environment was great, lot of activities, and clean rooms. The staff was friendly. The animation team (Zumi, Anthony, Edwin, Javier, Delqyis Vanessa, Nicole) had a lot of energy, offered different activities and a different show each night we stayed. Georgina, housekeeper, was servicial and kind. The Italian restaurant was good. Buffet needed more Peruvian food choices. In general it was great, we wished we stayed longer.

First timers, my teenager and I were lucky enough not to find but two other families in front of us to check in, buy still took about 25 minutes (they do informed it's from 3pm on - and check out is alt 12, but they let you enjoy the place for another hours without food or drinks). They have an online check in, but it doesn't do it all, since they still have to print many things (yes, print) and copy some documents. Over that, you have two options, if you went by taxi or similar, they assist you in a matter of 10-15 minutes. But if you go with your own car, they ask to park like a block away from reception because they will send a van to pick you and your things. We saw families with babies, children, carry-ons, strollers, wheelchair, etc waiting for a long time to be assisted. Rooms are impecable, you have some by one of the 5 tempered pools, on the hills (get there by a cute funicular) or near the main square. Remember it's surrounded by trees and it keeps it's prairie feeling alongside the concept of a colonial town, with cobbled streets that provides a mixed experience, it's incredibly fun to walk or go to the buffet (which is varied enough to bring vegetarian options as well as kids and meat ones, it's really an excellent service along the reserved restaurant options or the snack places). Watch out the schedules so your are not left without a proper meal. Drinks are sufficient. One outstanding point is the animation/game/late show crew. All of them are so professional, amazing, funny and friendly, that are the human touch this place requires. In every point you will find personnel that's helpful and attentive (except in the reception area). We enjoyed our stay very much. Some points to improve: use of the vans, assistance to family with babies or older people in wheelchairs and a vet for the only horse we saw with a bad leg. Thanks to the crew and the variety of wonderful...

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype||I deeply regret choosing this resort to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday. It was an extremely disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.||We booked three rooms for three nights, traveling as three families with four kids. We even paid extra for rooms near the garden and pool, expecting a pleasant and convenient stay. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was advertised online.||First, the room specifications were completely inaccurate. The online listing promised two double beds in each room and a sofa bed in the living room, but the rooms we received were entirely different.||Second, the facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. The toilet in one of the bathrooms didn’t work properly; we had to call maintenance, and even after it was “fixed,” it broke again.||The noise levels were another huge issue. There was a loud party on Friday night just steps from our rooms, with music blasting until well past midnight. The next day, another event took place all afternoon, again with loud music. We weren’t informed about these events in advance, and no apologies or accommodations were offered.||The management, particularly the manager was shockingly unprofessional and unresponsive to complaints. They showed no willingness to address issues or use proper judgment to handle guests’ concerns.||Additionally, the dinner buffet was very poor in terms of variety, and the reservation system for restaurants was chaotic. The capacity was extremely limited, and no one informed us of this in advance, leaving us frustrated.||Overall, this resort was a complete letdown. The false advertising, poor facilities, lack of communication, and unprofessional management made for an unpleasant experience during what was supposed to be a special celebration. I strongly advise against...
