Hospedaje Palermo — Hotel in Lima Metropolitan Area

I made our reservation via email and pre-paid the room via back transfer two weeks prior. They did not have a room reserved for us when we got there and couldn't find our reservation. We had to dig up the emails and bank transfer confirmation to prove our reservation upon arrival.||||We stayed in a double room on the second floor. It was clean, but not comfortable. One of the mattresses sank halfway to the floor when we sat on it, while the other was as hard as a board. The showerhead only allowed a trickle of water through, no floor towel/mat provided to step out of the shower onto. No hand towel either, only thin bath towels. No decor to speak of in the room. Lindos ambientes verdes y decoración del restaurante. Pero su servicio para huéspedes deja mucho que desear. Si hay mucha gente en el restaurante, te dicen que no hay servicio a la habitación y que si deseas te lleves tu comida. Las habitaciones no tienen anexo para comunicarse con recepción ante cualquier necesidad. Si deseas algo de música mientras comes o tomas alguna bebida, olvidalo, no hay ni música ambiental todo el día. Por 28 de julio no hubo nada de cortesía. Absolutamente nada. La piscina decían solo para huéspedes pero no controla nadie, así que cualquiera que va al restaurante puede ingresar, quitando la exclusividad a los alojados. El servicio de wi fi no llega bien a las habitaciones. Y de noche en las áreas verdes y zona de salida de vehículos es muy deficiente iluminación. Pareciera que su fuerte de ingresos es el restaurante y por eso descuidan mucho el servicio a los huéspedes. En general, mucho que mejorar en atención al cliente. Nuestro agradecimiento al mozo Lucas y a todos los mozos, que estuvieron atentos de cualquier necesidad en el restaurante. EL HOTEL ESTA MUY BIEN UBICADO, LOS HABIENTES SON MUS CONFORTABLES Y DAN GANAS DE ESTAR MAS TIEMPO DEL PREVISTO DENTRO DE LAS INSTALACIONES. SUPONIENDO QUE POR LAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS Y TIEMPOS QUE ESTAMOS VIVIENDO, LA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL PARA EL ÁREA DEL HOTEL Y RESTAURANTE NO SON LOS ESPERADOS.

-EN LA HABITACIÓN NO SE ENCENTRARON LOS CONTROLES REMOTOS DEL TELEVISOR Y DEL CABLE RESPECTIVAMENTE, LA SEÑAL DEL WIFI ES MUY BAJA, LENTA O INEXISTENTE. -LA ENCARGADA DE ESE HORARIO, NO TRAÍA LAS COSAS COMPLETAS CUANDO SE LES SOLICITABA, Y DEMORABA DEMASIADO PARA FACILITARLAS. -AL MOMENTO DEL DESAYUNO, SE BAJO DE LA HABITACIÓN A LA 10:30 AM, Y HASTA LAS 11:30 AM, QUE SE ESTA REDACTANDO LA RESEÑA, NO SE APERSONARON CON EL DESAYUNO.
