This place is quite a distance away from the airport as well as from the centre of town. Although Carlos our hoast said he will pick us up from the airport but when came out of the airport, we couldn't find him. So we asked a guy who was arranging the taxis to call Carlos number but a person on the other end pretended as Carlos and told us to take a taxi instead. We later realized that he scammed us by hiring a taxi of his own of which driver charged us £10.00 for a small distance and this was after a hard bargaining. So anybody come to Lima watch out for it and don't get scammed. Facilities at the place were OK. We had a twin room situated at the rear with a bathroom. It was clean and tidy room. It was value for money so can't complain even though it was in a rough area but we managed OK despite staying there 3/4days. Our hoast Carlos was a good guy.👍

Fizemos uma reserva pelo booking, para Lima/PE. A hospedagem se dizia próxima ao aeroporto. inicialmente, nao nos deixaram pagar na hospedagem (estranho). também nao detalharam a fatura quando enviaram um link via WhatsApp, vez que o valor da reserva estava em dólar e o pagamento seria soles peruanos (Sob pena de cancelamento). Daí, quando pedido para detalhar, foram rudes e nao informaram (Ah, sempre diziam em espanhol ou inglês, quando perguntados de alguma coisa, mas quando era uma pergunta conveniente entendiam português). Nossa chegada de Cusco, estava prevista para acontecer entre 23h e 00h (foi descrito na reserva). Porém, o avião (não por nossa culpa), atrasou para pousar, não nos permitindo avisá-los, por falta de sinal. Quando conseguimos avisar, a resposta foi: "o motorista ja saiu do aeroporto, por causa da demora, peguem alguma condução e tratem de chegar, pois ja é 1h da manhã". Porém, esqueceram de avisar que o local era extremamente perigoso e nenhum serviço de taxi ou uber chegava lá aquele horário. No fim, ainda nos chamaram de idiotas, por questionar a falta de auxílio que nos deram. Por essa razão, ficamos rodando com um taxi (a um preço absurdo), afinal eram quase 2h, sem hospedagem, com fome, medo, até que conseguimos dormir num lugar por um preço também absurdo (2 estrangeiros nessa situação são alvos fáceis). Ao questioná-los da conduta adotada conosco, preferiram discutir e nos culpar, isso 2h:30 da manhã. Por fim, após serem bloqueados no WhatsApp, adicionaram novamente para proferir insultos. (as mensagens foram apagadas, mais eu tirei print). Bom, saibam, cobra-se antes devido a possibilidade de desistência, porque o lugar é extremamente, extremamente, perigo. Caso queira correr o risco, pague mais barato e aproveite......

Carlos was very helpful and friendly. He helped arrange transportation (beyond just the free airport pick-up). However, I had an early (4:40am) flight to Iquitos and my arranged ride did not show up, so this forced me to scramble last minute for an Uber (which Carlos had cautioned against the day prior). This did produce anxiety as Callao is one of the more dangerous neighborhoods and I had to arrange this my myself at 2:50am. Despite this unfortunate end to my stay I’d say the overall quality for the price, general service, and proximity to the airport is good.

Great location. Rooms were very clean. Stayed for just the night. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars is the difficulty getting the pickup at airport. We went to the specified location and didn’t see the driver with the signs. We finally got it squared away. Please note, the driver doesn’t pick you up in a car like in the USA. He parks his car and stands with all the taxi drivers (who will keep bugging you to use them.) I suggest asking for a picture of the driver as it will help you locate him (there are about 40 guys trying to offer you rides.) There was zero hot or even warm water for a shower. We stayed twice for 2 stop overs in Lima. The hostel is very basic but at the right price okay for a one night stop close to the airport. The first time was a good experience and a good price including also an efficient airport pick up. The second time was not that positive. The price was unjustifiably higher, no one picked us up from the airport and we had to call and wait. Then late at night, when going to bed, we discovered the bed sheets were dirty with hair (probably not changed). They offered to change them but it was already very late.
