This is the most beautiful guest house at the base of Huascaran mountain. ||Room: our room was big and had a huge window looking out to the magnificent Huascaran mountain. ||Food: every meal was delicious. Dinners were three courses and all made with fresh ingredients from the garden. Lunch was a fabulous soup and tea with garden herbs. Breakfast was yummy fluffy eggs, bread, freshly made fig jam, good coffee and again, fresh pots of tea. ||Location: you are tucked away at the base of the mountain. Perfect to relax and unwind after hiking. It's easy to start a trek up to the Huascaran Refugio. ||Wifi is available and speed was fine for checking emails.||The family are the sweetest and most helpful people. Their 18month old daughter is divine and will blow you kisses. There were two friendly kittens and a loveable dog. ||On a personal note, I can't thank the family enough for looking after me. I arrived very ill but left so much better. I wish I could have stayed for longer....

Overall a magical, hidden place we all three...
