Ribera Del Valle — Hotel in Pisac

First off, the hospitality and generosity the owner Warren has is by far the most I've ever experienced. '' The door is always open! ''||Everything you need to accommodate yourself throughout your stay is available to purchase in the village Pisac 3kms away. ||The property is magnificent, you can have fires at night, drink your tea in the morning by the river, and practice your yoga on the lawn. The rooms are spacious and cleanily. The pillows and bedding a perfectly white. None the less, we felt extremely safe and free to do as we please. ||The only down side is that it's hard to find a private taxi from the hotel to the village. Otherwise, from Pisac there's a bus ride for 1 sole or a mini taxi ride for 3 soles. ||Thank you Warren for the beautiful stay, I will continue to recommend your place and will see you again...

This was a nice location. They served a decent breakfast from a balcony with a beautiful w of the rivers and the mountains. The on site gardens (floral) were beautiful as well. ||I did not give it more than average star rating because ||1. Only 1 towel per person, no hand towels or facecloths ||2. Spotty internet ||3. El lugar es muy bonito, pésimo trato por parte del dueño se aprovecho de la situación para sacar mas dinero como sea, el precio en el que quedes auméntale un par de miles, y más que el dinero el dueño no sabe cómo tratar a las personas, ojo no es un hotel por que algunos cuartos no tienen toallas ni papel, el lugar es de eventos no un hotel, y si piensas sacar el lugar para un evento prepárate para las peores semanas de tu vida, el señor warren es en pocas palabras tratará de sacarte hasta el último centavo sin importarle del cómo quede su reputación, así no llegara muy lejos, te tratara demasiado mal, se olvidara de lo que te dijo y al final del día te amenaza que te cancela a última hora , por qué el sabe que quedaba 3 días de nuestra boda, nunca pensé que alguien fuese tan mala persona y a los dueños del lugar, están perdiendo su dinero con un administrador tan...
