This hotel saved our vacation. My friend and I originally booked another hotel for 6 nights in the old town, but after one night, we checked out and moved into this gorgeous hotel for 5 nights. Best decision ever. This is a brand new hotel with only 6 months of operation and with lots of potential. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was included in the price and was sufficient and decent variety. The room was huge with 2 big beds, almost like a 2 bedroom place. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and hot water all the time. Very modern room and bathroom light fixtures. We had a high floor room, and the elevator was functioning all the time. Private parking garage under the hotel with at least 15 car spaces. It is really convenient, and the gate provides security. There were few mornings when we left too early and the staff prepared a to go lunch bag for the road. We also used their laundry service since we were on a 3 weeks trip with limited luggage. The location was convenient for us because we spent only 1 day in old town Cusco, and the rest of the week, we were exploring the surrounding area by car and didn't have to drive through the crazy traffic every time, not to mention we saved about 1 hour going to the Rainbow Mountain. The hotel has a nice gym with massage chairs, shower and changing room. Sauna and jacuzzi are available. The game room has a ping pong table and billiard table. At the bar you can relax in the evening. This hotel has everything that a 4 star hotels needs. Some parts of it are not in operation yet, probably from the lack of guests and being new in the area. I would absolutely stay here again and can recommend it to anyone who wants a quality and quiet place at a...
Read moreThis hotel has a lot of potential being relatively new. Open 5 months at the time of our booking. Amenities listed on booking were not entirely correct. The property has no heat so you are in for some cold nights coming in the fall/winter months. After two days of cold showers and 45 minute Uber rides into Cusco we had to make other arrangements. The staff there are 10/10 very helpful and courteous. The food and cocktails are amazing. Did rather enjoy the jacuzzi in the room manage to get a scalding hot tub going in there. Could definitely have used a microwave in the room. Also lists minibar as option but was not stocked. Was missing a significant number of things housekeeping should have stocked the room with at check in. Really just giving my honest take on the property here there is room for improvement but they have a really nice staff and I think they will get there! If you plan on doing city tours or machu picchu or anything outside of cusco this may not be the best...
Read moreVery spacious, luxurious feeling room. Stayed in the spa king room. Spa bath was nice. King bed comfortable. Extra blanket provided when asked. Found that the walls were very thin, could hear everything happening outside on the roads and in the air (dogs barking, cars honking, planes flying by). No blackout curtains for all windows. Breakfast was okay, not many options compared to other hotels we stayed at in Peru. Location far from historical center, but we knew that when booking. Our goal for this stay was for rest and relaxation. Ate with the locals! As the area was not as touristy, we recognized it was harder to get by, as very limited English-speaking staff/locals. We did use their recreation room and found that things appeared run down/not maintained - bathrooms, sauna, ping pong balls, pool table. A late checkout was accommodated. Unfortunately, though beautiful, we would not stay here again knowing what...
