Feed back for ||La cabana hotel: In the cusco there are so many hotels are cheap and affordable to stay with. We had chosen the la cabana hotel since it was advertised as super nice hotel with good amenities such as top class services wish morning breakfast, with Jacuzzi facility in the room if you choose the upgraded rooms. As they advertised I had paid $70 for for 2 days for most expensive rooms and in the return we got worst services ever. ||We checked in there were not enough toilet paper rolls,No extra hand towels, refrigerator was not on and it was disconnected so that we can have some bad smell. ||Very first day due to mountain trip we didn't have time for breakfast as we had to leave hotel 4 am and come back later in the evening. Last day of the day we asked to the front desk that where is our breakfast lady said what would you like to eat and will bring it over to you in 10 min. We were waiting for 10 min a little guy came and knock the room and said that you won't get any breakfast. ||I was super upset. We got to know that manager never informed the hotel ground staff that these people are VIP and paid most expensive room and their all services and breakfast is included. Due to lack of communication we got treated like we are no one and don't exists or homeless.||But this is not how you are supposed to treat your guest although no one perfect and fix your mistakes right then and there. ||We ended up going to local cusco market by walk for looking for break fast so that we can be alive.||||I was extremely disappointed with this hotel and their services. I highly recommend to my friends and family not to go here and waste your money looking at their online pictures...

I never met Leonid but guess he is nice and well also Abdel the chofer who was also kind at every moment. hmm what I would Say Maria needs to improve her smiles... but I guess that is the way she is. ||The rooms are not so good, the beds are very hard and they are also very cold! ||I would like it more if it had more things or places to eat around, also a cheap laundry.||Basically I payed more than normal, and for a 1 star hotel it needs...
Read morethey were renovating when we stayed. my companions had the chance to try 2 different rooms, both good enough but one was already renovated and looked much better, more modern, & a lot more cozy.
the staff are very helpful and attentive. thank God they offered different kinds of tea each time we arrived. they don't speak English though, so arm yourself with some Spanish or have a companion who speaks the language. still, they're very friendly & will try their best to accommodate you.
their sinks didn't have hot water as of August 2019. that's the only downside to the rooms.
and an extra tip: they have wifi, but it was useless for me. 😖 better get a local SIM and...
