The reception staff would state prices that are different from what the booking would show, and that it is not possible to reserve on the same day via booking. The room had a moth in the room and flying insects in the bathroom sink. Only one light in the room which illuminates like a laboratory, no lamps or small lights available near the bed which is disappointing for "4" stars hotel. Plugs are hidden in the room had to search for them. Asked the staff to reduce the music volume twice since I'd hear the loud music from the lobby all the way to the room.
