Hotel de Turistas La Villa Sicuani — Hotel in Sicuani

Vine por una sugerencia , estoy trabajando fines de semana por aquí , alquilé a eso de las 2 de la tarde no tenía tiempo para buscar otra opción ya que me iba a quedar terminando mi trabajo a eso de 9pm ya muy tarde y fue una total DECEPCIÓN , lo explico en orden: Me pidieron pagar por adelantado me costó 60 Soles un costo elevado para la zona (tolerable) No me trajeron toallas, jabón ni papel higiénico, solo cuando lo solicite, se olvidaron ( no es tolerable) sin embargo no me molesté El piso de la habitación y el baño asi como las ventanas estaban sucios sin barrer, con bastante polvo. ( Intolerable) Y no me molesté , me percate mejor ya muy tarde. El televisor solo tenía acceso a unos cuantos canales y el control remoto no le correspondía no funcionaba correctamente. Intenté poner en conexión mi HDMI para conectar con mi laptop y no funciona el HDMI tampoco. Habían insectos que no me dejaron descansar en la noche que hacían mucha bulla , además del ladrido incesante de perros en el exterior. (Intolerable). No me brindaron WiFi, tuve que salir a pedirlo cuando llegué muy de noche. Se sintió un olor desagradable por humedad en la pared de la habitación ( intolerable) me percaté muy tarde. Al día siguiente 6:40 am no había agua caliente, las instrucciones decían que debía abrir la perilla roja unos minutos y nada , pasaron 20 minutos o más , escribí al número de la recepción por que NO HAY NADIE DE ATENCIÓN PERMANENTE ( parece abandonado) si respondieron rápido e indicaron que recién cambiarían el gas, esperé y vinieron a ver si salía el agua una señorita que al parecer era empleada del hotel, estuvo ella varios minutos y me acerqué a verificar y salia agua muy tibia casi fría. NO HABÍA AGUA CALIENTE, y hacia mucho frío.Pese a que cobraron apenas puse un pié en la habitación, no tuvieron ni un poco de responsabilidad de verificar que el servicio sea adecuado. No les importó, tienen este lugar en abandono.

Lamentablemente al pagar por anticipado no pude descontar lo que merecían, ahora entiendo por qué tanta desesperación de pedir el cobro antes, es por que saben del paupérrimo Servico. Además el acceso muy desagradable, las vías estan sin asfaltado. NO VAYAN NUNCA y si hay opciones mejores a un precio justo, hoy encontré un lugar mejor buscando por que hoy tuve más tiempo ,Lección...

They charged us 140 soles for the one night we were there (ridiculous for middle of nowhere Peru). No hot water, no key for the room, toilet wasn't working, only 2 tiny pillows on the bed (had to ask for more). Both the power and water went out in the morning (not their fault, but threw off our whole next day). When asked about these issues, they offered to reimburse us 10 soles.... That's $3 😂 No thanks, keep your change. This should've been at least a 60 soles refund, but the lady told us "the owner is resting/sleeping and can't be disturbed" at 7:30am... to cut the road in 2 , from Cusco to Puno, you can stop at Sicuani, in this small hotel restaurant, the welcome is very very good, people hotel are very helpfull and friendly, room is confortable, the bathroom has hot water for the shower, room a bit cold but a warm welcome is enough !!! diner and breakfast are simple but good, parking, garden, quiet place a bit difficult to find in the city, no noise from the main road, no noise cars, no noise trucks, very good for one night, i recommand this hotel for one night between Cusco and Puno, you can stop along the road to visit small villages, and...
