This hotel has great potential but lacks hospitality and details. We were part of a large group. We paid a good price per guest for our meals and arranged to eat together. The meals cost P350 per person, but sometimes only rice and entree, no vegetable or fruit were served. On occasion the morning drink was not mixed, but the bags of Tang sat unprepared on the table. Ants roamed freely in food at times. The staff did not seem to want to fix any problems merely offered the standard "sorry po" instead. There are many signs threatening guests and staff should they commit an error in their rules with fines, but the hotels mistakes brought no offering of compensation. On one occassion a youth forgot their card key at their eating table and the staff took it and forced them to pay P600 for a new card. When they received the new card it was the same card as it has distict markings. Shameful! A couple rooms had no hot water and there was no offer to change their rooms or to compensate. Water pressure is quite low. Swimming pool is quite nice, but full of tripping hazards around the outside, and a large concrete drainaige area in which children could easily fall into. We also observed the staff washing the dishes outside on one occasion. Overall this hotel appears to have been made using very inexpensive material and underqualified contractors due to the lack of quality finishing and our room was quite small. In our location the wifi sat on the hallway floor unprotected. I have attached pictures to validate some of my written concerns. Praying they learn from this and make the necessary...

Front desk staff were very friendly, checking in and checking out was quick and easy. The rooms we booked were the Deluxe Pool View room, the Trio Deluxe room and a Standard room.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days.

My husband and I stayed in the Deluxe Pool View room on the first night of our stay there while our children and my sister stayed in the Trio Deluxe room. It was awesome. The room was roomy enough for a couple and it had a veranda overlooking the pool.

On the second night we were transferred to a standard room as I couldn’t book the deluxe room for 2 nights, it has already been booked by someone else before me. The standard room is a smaller version of the Deluxe pool view room with 2 single beds. I asked the staff to push the 2 beds together which they did.

The Deluxe Trio room is perfect for 3 people as it has 3 Single beds. My 2 children and my sister stayed here for the duration of our trip.

Breakfast comes with the rooms, you get to choose from the menu, we chose Filipino breakfast of course, tocilog and longsilog for the win, you can also go American with bacon, toast and eggs or your choice of an omelette. Buffet breakfast in hotels is not popular in Bataan as it is in Baguio I suppose.

The pool could use more cleaning as I noticed the sides of the pool had some grime and the water is too chlorinated that it hurts when you open your eyes underwater, also leaves and what nots are floating around, but if you’re not too sensitive then it’s really fine.

Definitely the only Hotel I’ll be booking a stay on the next time we visit our Dad who...

Our experience at this resort was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share some critical feedback. We booked the most expensive room for a special occasion, and it turned out to be a major disappointment. For the price of the Villas, there were no basic amenities—no Wi-Fi, no TV cable, and the bathroom lacked a hot shower. The room had a kitchen area with a stove, but there were no utensils or pans to use it.

The cleanliness was the most troubling issue. We found garbage under the beds and in the bins, cobwebs in the corners, and various insects around the room. When we reported these issues to the reception, there was no action taken to address our concerns, which was very frustrating.

The next day, we transferred to a standard room, hoping for a better experience. However, we encountered the same problems: ants all over the vanity and poorly cleaned floors.

As hoteliers ourselves, particularly in housekeeping, we have a professional understanding of what constitutes acceptable room cleanliness and customer service. Unfortunately, the service and cleanliness at this resort were far below standard.

I strongly suggest that management hire a professional team to oversee the property because, based on our experience, future guests are likely to face similar...

On the positive side, it's very much like a nice motel in Florida with an infinity pool, the staff is VERY friendly, and there are conference rooms and banquet halls. They have a nice breakfast. On the negative side, the cleaning staff doesn't clean your room everyday. If course I'm often sleeping in the day since I'm here working nights in Balanga... So maybe they're just being extra courteous of my sleep. It is secluded and has a restaurant on the property and a Shakey's Pizza 1K away , it's close to Mount Samat, and a quick ride into the capital of Bataan, Balanga. There's also a modern mall 12K down the road with a wide variety of eating options.

Pros: Room has quite spacious.Aircon in the room is superb. We were allowed to extend a little but beyond checkout time. You can have complimentary slippers and toothbrush. Sound system us excellent in the cold function rooms. Waiters were very polite and accommodating. Cons: slippers and toothbrush were not in the room but you must request them. There are some flies inside and the room. The door could not be closed easily. Cable was not working under rainy day. Some crew was courteous but some doesn't bother to smile. Hot shower if not available will take a long time to flow in the shower and in the sink faucet. Overall its an okay hotel.
