Jenmac's Resort — Hotel in Alfonso

My sister got to know the resort thru a business card.The place is situated at Buck estate in Tagaytay and near Sonya's garden. The resort has a pool, a basketball area, billiard table and a swing.|The room package we got for an overnight stay includes a 2hr use of videoke room,use of pool and billiards and free breakfast for 3pax..The room given to us has the basic amenities, nothing special on the room. You will need to bring your own toiletries and bath towels were not available in the room but you can request for a bath towel if you need one. The caretaker of the resort was very accommodating and even gave us mangoes before we went home. We learned that the resort used to be a farm and guests are given free fruits that are available during their stay for free. You can also ask her to cook for you if you don't want to go out of the resort.. There is no menu to choose from, so you need to specify what viands to cook. Make sure to inform her ahead of time, so there can be time to go to the market. |||What I like in this resort is that it has a lot of trees around that is so relaxing to the eyes and gives a cooler shade..but make sure to bring an insect repellent, because there are a lot...

We were told the rooms can accommodate 8 people making us think its actually roomy for that number of people, when we got there, its basically a room with 2 queen beds, one full bathroom no trash can, dysfunctional airconditioning (it was warm inside the room) on a hot summer month. Picture this, they gave us worn out mattresses for the extra people and they were charging us Php5000 a night!!! Lmao🤣 8 people for one bathroom.

Location was great, amenities are okay, cue sticks for the billiard table needs changing, and service as well as better advertising is needed.
