We were looking for a family-friendly resort, and we got more. Its a bit secluded and very tranquil. The place is very clean. It's not beachfront but only a few step away from the beach. They have adult and kid pool, function hall, playground, and basketball court. They have an observatory plus other activities your family can enjoy. The owner (kailian) and the staff were very gracious and accommodating. They even offered us their farm fresh dragon fruits. The resto also offers good meal for a perfect vacay experience. I loved every moment we spent there, indeed it was a home away from home. Thank you đŸ„°

Generally, it is a good and wide place to stay with your large family and relatives. For room service or orders, you have to call their number using your own phone since they don't have intercom. It was a stormy night when we arrived following after our relatives and there was no proper assistance to where should be go next after the checkin. I also think that the shared living room should still have curtains for privacy. Beach is walking distance only and is relatively clean. Private pool closes at 10PM though which is unreasonable at some point.

We truly felt at HOME staying here. We highly recommend it for its clean, relaxing, great view and a kid-friendly place. The owners and staff are approachable, accommodating and helpful with our needs. We are looking forward to be back again for our next vacation.

We booked an overnight stay in Cabin 3 for 2,500 (good for 2pax) and Barkada Room (good for 6pax) for 5,500php. The rooms were far from each other, and there is NO INTERCOM so you have to walk to ask for assistance, or to order food or water. Cabin 3 has TV and aircon was fine, water pressure was good but the bathroom and toilet window had no curtain and someone can easily peep through it, the location of Cabin 3 is not recommended for women because it seems unsafe, the doorknob when locked can be easily opened from the outside. The Barkada Room is like a small conference room as it has big windows and curtains all over and it does not have its own toilet and bath. You have to go out of the room to use the toilet which is SHARED/COMMON with two other rooms located on the same floor. If you need to take a shower, you need to use the SHOWER ROOMS near the pool. The shower rooms were INFESTED WITH MOSQUITOES and their DRAINAGE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. Cabin 3 had a complimentary breakfast for two (2). They will knock at your door very early in the morning before 7am to say that your food is ready. Thank you but no thank you, you should have waited for us, and see if we are already wide awake. You cannot just knock on our door and disturb our sleep! We requested our breakfast to be taken out and so they had to put it in disposable food boxes. We asked if they included a disposable spoon and fork. To our surprise they don't have disposable spoon and fork! And the staff even asked us "wala po ba kayong spoon?" OMG! Hey owner and manager, you can buy half kilo of spoon and fork for 50pesos only FYI. On our 2nd day we had to book another room for the night as we decided to extend our stay, and since the barkada room was already reserved in advance for other guests,  the receptionist offered the FUNCTION HALL which they can converted to backpackers room where they can set up sofa beds with linens and pillows. We didn't have a choice so we told them to reserve it for us. Initially, the receptionists said that it's 1000php per pax. At 2pm on that day we had to check-in and pay for the Function Hall/Backpackers Room. Two of our friends decided not to stay and so we asked the receptionist it we can pay 6000php only for 6 persons. The receptionist said that we should pay 8000php even if only 6 persons will be staying. We paid 8000php and NO COMPLIMENTARY - no soaps, no toothpaste, no tissue, no free breakfast, no free water bottle! Nothing is free for Php8000! The Function Hall/Backpackers Room has no toilet and bathroom - you need to use the shared toilets outside the room and the shower rooms near the pool. Some of out friends took the DAY TOUR so they can also use the pool and we can cook/grill, drink and have fun. They charged us 150php per pax day tour + 350 mandatory picnic table + 500 drinks corkage fee. We already paid for per head day tour, 8 of us checked in and we still need to pay for the picnic table and corkage for drinks a total of 1,850php?! Really?! We sat near near the pool so we can see the kids swimming then we ordered Halo-Halo. As soon as the halo-halo (4 glasees) were ready, one of their staffs approached us and said "Ma'am ready na po yung halo-halo niyo." So I said "Thank you Ate, pakidala na lang po dito." The staff said "Sorry ma'am, hindi pwede, may charge po pag idedeliver ko sa inyo."  LOL Wow, really?! They will nickel and dime you for every little thing in this place. No shampoo. Only tiny bar soaps, tiny toothpaste and disposable toothbrush. Bring your own towel! NO ROOF going to the reception and NO UMBRELLA for guests so we had to walk in the rain from the pool to our room, resto, and reception. Management needs some overhaul and training both with owner, manager and all staff! There policy is the worst we have seen in resorts. And very bad customer service! NOT RECOMMENDED. For the price they charge and service they offer, it's not worth it. Try...

No night swimming, pool closes at 10pm, we drove down to the resort for overnight swimming since the better resorts in San Juan are all fully booked for the month, big mistake....small pool, not worth the price, 4k for room pax 4, free breakfast for 2. Hotel "nickel and dime" everything, charging extra for every minor service or utility....some family members joined us for day swimming, we ordered lunch for 10 people at the restaurant, we assumed comes w/plates and glasses like any resto, paper plates since we chose to eat at the tent area which is fine but to pay extra if you need extra plate is ridiculous, they provided 5 plates, how about the others sharing pancit order good for 4, we eat from the serving platter?...or the shrimp sinigang good for 3, we eat from same bowl, really? ....ordered 2 1.5li bottles soda to drink for lunch and they ask payment for plastic cups to drink it with...ask delivery/service charge if they serve it to the tables at the tent area so we said we'll come get the food ourselves its just 10m from the kitchen.....be very mindful of checkout time 12 noon, they won't tell you till it's after 12 and charge 200.00 late checkout from your...

we booked 4 rooms here and we were not satisfied with how they treat there customers. imagine 4 people per room and they only provide 2 thin blankets? if you need to have extra blankets or pillows or foam you have to pay for it! you can't bring your own food or drink coz they will charge you for it! they will force you to eat and drink on their own resto. you paid a lot and you can't even enjoy your self. pools are too far away from your rooms except they give you the rooms near pool. you can't smoke or vape in their premises. if they caught you, you will be charge 500 for it. if you move their chair inside the room you booked they will charge you 500 for it. everything here is so expensive but you don't have any freedom. go somewhere else not this place. staffs are mean too. they look at you like a pest on their resort. no one is friendly. they will look down on you. will not recommend this place. just go get a private resort, it is better. this is so expensive and you can't even have fun with what...
