La Frezza Beach House — Hotel in Bayawan

These are beach houses/room accomodations that is built like duplex type apartments. It is located along a stretch of boulevard facing west/southwest of the city. Across the street is an open public beach of cream to brown colored stretch of sand dotted with low cost cottages, public park and open parking spaces. Both ends of the boulevard are occupied by 'inato' type of grill restaurants or snack bar. Just a stone's throw away of the beach house is Sunset Place, offering grilled bbq(known locally as tocino) and the best hot 'batchoy' in Bayawan. There are picnic tables with umbrella and you could choose the spot where to lounge. Most of the clients choose to lounge near the seashore. Swimming is a good way to lazily pass the hours and if you are the type with less swimming skills in the open water, worry less because the water level from the shore line is generally waist to neck deep until about 50 meters. They kept me waiting for 3 hours for the key when I booked in advance in the morning.The roofs are dripping and we ended sleeping in wet beds.The caretaker was not visible and we had no internet overnight.Total no communication as this Inn also is on deadspot.The comfort room got a broken toilet and the shower was not working and there was a very limited water supply on their faucet.What made it worst, the caretaker appeared collecting payment without Official Receipt and despite we got in almost 5 in the afternoon, she was so rude and was sending us out by 2pm that had gotten me annoyed.I frankly suggest to guests never to book in here, for P 3,500.00 a night, it is...
