These are beach houses/room accomodations that is built like duplex type apartments. It is located along a stretch of boulevard facing west/southwest of the city. Across the street is an open public beach of cream to brown colored stretch of sand dotted with low cost cottages, public park and open parking spaces. Both ends of the boulevard are occupied by 'inato' type of grill restaurants or snack bar. Just a stone's throw away of the beach house is Sunset Place, offering grilled bbq(known locally as tocino) and the best hot 'batchoy' in Bayawan. There are picnic tables with umbrella and you could choose the spot where to lounge. Most of the clients choose to lounge near the seashore. Swimming is a good way to lazily pass the hours and if you are the type with less swimming skills in the open water, worry less because the water level from the shore line is generally waist to neck deep until about 50 meters.
