FAN'S HOTEL BAYBAY — Hotel in Baybay

Hotel is located right next to J&F.. At first site it doesn't appear to be nice, but take the elevator to the 4th floor and you walk into the lobby. Nice place overall.. Customer service was good and breakfast is ok. We stayed in a Suit. Thats the best Non family large room they have.. It not bad but for a suit you'd think there would be a couch or nice chair to sit in or even a table to eat at or something. The room is quit empty... Hot water is a mystery. One day warm, one say hot next day cold 🥶... Overall it's worth the money if you are looking for peaceful night sleep. Now J&F is a Zoo... They play music on volume 10 crank wide open loud from 7am till 8pm closing. Absolutely ridiculous.. you can hear the noise from your room during the day.. No good... Not much to eat I this ghost town but had a good stay at this Hotel.. staff very nice...

Stayed here for three nights, in 2 weeks of hopping to 4 different islands and 9 cities, this was the nicest hotel I stayed in by far. I'd also like to say they have definitely looked at past reviews and made adjustments accordingly. The rooms are beautiful and modern, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Laundry services are also provided for a fair price. The TV was a smart TV too, which was a luxury. Super strong Wi-Fi. Incredibly friendly receptionists and security. The only thing I could've asked to make it better would be hot showers, but being in PH for a little bit, you get used to cold(er) showers, at least this one wasn't freezing. I'd highly recommend this place to any tourist looking to comfortably enjoy their stay in...

Great room. Clean. Quiet. New. Nice view of the mountains. The only disappointment was the breakfast and it's the reason I marked down the service score. I'm not sure how long this hotel has been in business, possibly a year or so looking at some of the other reviews, but it seems they are not yet set up to provide breakfast in house. At their request, I had to order it the night before and specify the time I wanted it. They apparently get it from outside, and to be frank it wasn't good. For a P3900 room I think they need to do better. Despite this I would definitely stay there again. It's a nice place. Ed: On two separate occasions staying there I had to be transferred to another room because the shower was literally just a trickle. It seems they have ongoing water...
