The Beach Villa — Hotel in Binangonan

This place is amazing. The whole group had fun and relaxed, everything is very convenient.

They have a huge kitchen it has from Rice cooker, Water Dispenser (Hot and Cold), Refrigerator, Dual Burner Stove (we recommend to bring extra due to low pressure of the 1 burner), Kitchen utensil such as chopping boards, knives up to Sandoks but they do not have can openers).

Dining Table is enough for 10 people

Karaoke is only until 10pm but you can close the entertainment area which is fully airconditioned and sing all night with only minimal volume allowed beyond 10pm.

One Master bedroom and 4 double decks that can fit 12 people upstairs.

I recently stayed at the Beach Villa in Binangonan, Rizal, and it was fantastic! The villa blends modern comfort with a serene natural setting. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The private pool was a peaceful spot for swimming.

The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and attentive. The villa's amenities, including a pool, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable lounges, made our stay even more enjoyable. however, the microphone for videoke was not working properly.

Ok ang stay. Medyo malangaw nung nagpunta kami, siguro by season????? Pero sana meron sila nung table fan para sana di din nadadapuan ng langaw ung pagkain habang kumakain. Complete kitchen utensils. You have to bring your own towel, toothbrush, soap, and shampoo, nagexpect lang kami na meron kasi medyo pricey ang place. They have 3 rooms. 1 master bedroom is good for couple, isang regular room for 2 person, and big room that can accommodate upto 11 pax. Yung room sa 1st floor (walang aircon) may stock na mga foam, I just hope na malagyan sya ng pinto para di exposed yung mga nasa loob since kinakwartuhan sya ATST may stockroom sa loob ng kwarto. Ang cr isa sa second floor meron din sa 1st floor pero near the pool na sya, both heated. May karaoke room, restricted until 10pm lang. ang sungit po ng isang staff nyo po na babae na may edad, please improve po. May billiards din and ok na ok ang pool. May wifi access din for free.
