Matilde B&B — Hotel in Bohol

It is quite outside of any village and right on the main road just after the official Chocolate Hills viewpoint and before Carmen, so we were a bit sceptical first when we arrived and realized, but it all turned out to be a very-very nice experience during our 3 nights stay!|Thank you for all the staff members, who did everything for us to feel welcome, the breakfast was freshly prepared and great every day, outside right in front of our room. On the first night after it turned out there's really nothing nearby, the security guy took me to the next shop with his scooter and saved us (They also serve dinner but the time we figured out it was too late already for that night). Rented our own scooter right from them the next day :)|Our room upstairs way just perfect for us, even though the B&B is on the busy main road, traffic almost stopped at the time we went to sleep. |Can really recommend even if staying for shorter, you can catch the sunrise at Chocolate Hills within...

We are a small family of 4, who walked in the night of aug 6, simply because we didnt make it in time for the viewing of chocolate hills. Luckily, there was a room available for us and they welcomed us gladly. The room was very basic yet spotless clean, sanitized, and the service was very exceptional. Special mention to Nalyn who was attentive to our needs. The location is great, along the highway. Being it very countryside, you have to make sure you always have cash because globe mobile network has poor signal, and the atms close as early as 6:30 pm.

This accommodation was outstanding and the location was perfect. I got there late at night and I managed to find a room with breakfast included. The room was clean and with a desk. It was the perfect size. The area was not noisy so I was able to sleep well. The breakfast really surprised me, it was beautifully presented and delicious. The service was excellent and the owner was so lovely and honest. I had paid more for the room and she returned the additional money back the next day when she arrived.
