Came with family. Villa is okay can cook and has dining area. Free karaoke, gas and kitchen utensils. Has 2 small pools okay for kids. Property still developing so had some construction going on. Itβs not beachfront, maybe 2 minutes walk to beach. You need to pay 20 pesos per head if entering the public beach. Room is okay but beds are a little short. No towels and soaps provided. No shower in toilet just timba and tabo.
I just hope the mngt will limit those who play a very loud sound like they hired the whole place. From morning till evening. If you plan to do this, please hire a private villa. We canβt talk to each other because the sound is too loud. No consideration to other guests.

The service lady was quite lovely, she upgraded us to a nicer room. The owners kids were screaming and jumping all over the sofas in the main area at 5pm When I asked the staff to deal with the screaming kids, as we were trying to rest after a long bus ride they were very accommodating.
