OYO 736 Jade Apartelle — Hotel in Cabuyao

Great price. Just prepare a P1000 deposit fee because I was surprised myself. I just wished there was a way to know about the deposit beforehand. We booked online for two (2) nights.

Edit: Suggestions for improvement: Put a trash bin inside the room. There was none upon checking in. We just recycled the paper and plastic bags we have and disposed our waste there. The water heater in our room was a mess. It was full of grime inside and washing it off won't do the trick. The good thing is that we didn't find the need for a water heater so that we can have coffee because there is a coffee shop nearby. No smoke detector/alarm. It would be great to have at least one inside as it would ensure the guests' safety in case of fire. You can provide coffee cups, pitcher, and glasses for drinking water for guests inside the room. They would really appreciate it most especially couples! There was no bath soap, toothpaste and toothbrush as we expected.

Positive feedback: Spacious! Large bed. Good air-conditioning. Fast Wi-Fi speed! Latest Smart TV with Youtube Premium and Netflix Premium! Huge closet for clothes. Lots of cabinet space in the sink countertop. Shoe cabinet is also huge! Great water pressure in the sink and bathroom, from the faucet, shower, bidet and toilet! The heater in the shower is just fantastic! Enough windows for fresh air and natural light to come inside the room. Double-lock door! A lot of stores nearby so buying food and other needs is not a hassle! There's a good resto and coffee shop just beside the hotel! Very cheap price! Beats expensive accomodations we've had but gives worst customer experience!

Conclusion? You just got a new and a will-be loyal patron! Thank you for a 5-star stay! We're gonna come back! And we look forward to improvements! A higher price for accomodations won't be a problem for customers as long as the needs they expect are to be satisfied!

Dislikes: No complimentary water No free hygiene kit No free slippers I noticed that on our room (105) I smell a bad odor like it came from a canal/sewer Broken TV screen They will not tell you what time is your checkout (Good thing we are aware of our actual checkout. So if your are planning to stay here, you should be aware of the time. They didnt even indicate our checkout time in the receipt/slip they gave to us) The staff didnt even assist us to grab our luggages and didnt even care to give us an umbrella since its raining that day (tho I saw that there are lots of umbrellas available near their reception area)

Note: They will charged you 500 pesos for "Security Deposit" and this will be refunded after you check out on or before your actual checkout time i think? (Possible reason is that this Security Deposit amount will be consumable once you extended your stay)

Bring valid ID, they need it for guest verification or something like that

Weekdays, weekends and holiday rates are different, so better check their price list...

One of the best low cost hotels that I've stayed in the Philippines! We stayed 3 nights. It's low cost so don't expect a lot of extra things, like toiletries or a fully furnished kitchen. But the rooms are spacious, clean and no bugs, not even mosquitos. The bedsheets are clean, the towel provided was a little old but still clean. The hotel is conveniently placed, near the highway, many stores and places to eat nearby. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I'm not giving 5 stars because there was a small problem. There's a canal nearby and sometimes it smells bad around the block. The first night, when we came back to our room, it smelled bad very bad.
