As to Location • if you are of no car, the transportation is not a problem since it's located in the highway and the fare here is cheap (i.e., seven pesos from the hotel to Gaisano Puerto) • it's literally near the sea. The suite is a four (4) floor building with a rooftop overviewing the sea in front of it and the mountain on its back. • it's far from the city proper and there are no nearby store in here

As to Rooms • for my opinion, it's a bit cramped but it can do. We stayed in a double deluxe room, that's with two bed. It's advisable for an overnight stay rather than a long duration.

As to staff/employee • the staff are accommodating, it's just that when we called them several times for inquiry and reservation, the receptions on duty are having inconsistent information as to the discounts and such

As to room rate • they don't have standard check-in and out time here since their rates are good for 12 hours only. Thus if you stay for a day, that's times two of the rate. The room rates ranges from 600 to 800 pesos with free breakfast.

As to Amenities • rooms have cabled television, hot and cold shower • with parking space • if you plan to stay like us and wants to wash clothes, you can wash in the rooftop since they have their laundry area there. You can't wash in the bathroom since it only have the toilet, faucet and shower

As to discount • I don't know their policy about this but for our 11 days stay, we have availed a 5% discount • the receptionist has opened up that they offer 10% discount for a long duration for senior citizens

As to internet connection • this one is a real problem (hahaha), they do have internet but the connection is the problem, it's literally slow and is even lost most of the time

Others • they have a cafe here but is only open until 10pm • they have karaoke rooms here, so you can sang all that you want • No free water folks. Hot or cold. So sure buy your own water.

Overall, amongst other hotel, inn, or suites in Puerto CDO, it's one I can advise you stay. Shalom. I hope this helped you.

It's VERY DIRTY. I'm afraid to take a shower or even to use the toilet. The bed head board is also very dusty. We booked a room good for 3 people but there only 1 very dirty sleeper. And the breakfast is only for 2 peoe instead of 3. We asked the receptionist why only for 2, she only says because that's what the owner told them. The area where we can dine is an open area beside the highway and the food they gave use are just on the counter without covers. They gave use coffe but it's an instant coffee on a stick. I only took a sip since I hate the taste.Their phone doesn't even have a dial tone. The cleaners and the receptionist doesn't seem to care about...

Honest review based on my experience.

The location is quite better because it’s near to my project, along the highway.

I checked in standard room for overnight stay, however the noise outside was deafening, haven’t sleep the whole night. The room has tiny space, TV remote won’t work, WiFi doesnt have a stable connection.

The smell inside the room was bad because there is no ventilation in the toilet, you can smell mixed odor from the CR and smoke from cigarrettes.

The good thing, they will accept credit card for any paymenr transaction.

Sorry, I can’t recommend FB suites to my friends...
