Positive side: it is clean and near calapan port, I walk all the way from Calapan port to the inn. The personnel are courteous and well mannered.
Negative: Low wifi to no wifi connection at my room, I think they have to invest on that. No water heater but in my room there's one not connected. The price is bit pricey for that kind of accomodation in comparison to Manila Inns. Carinderia or small food stalls just a few meter/s away from the inn but I cannot guarantee the cleanliness of the food/s serve. A fastfood joint is bit far and other restaurants.
All in all, if you don't need to stay long at Calapan it's o.k. to have a night...

Read moreI got stuck in Calapan during the Urduja cyclone and most places were booked because of the amount of people affected by the storm. The staff were very accommodating and place was clean. The wifi signal was a bit weak and the bed was comfy, but just as a warning, I was sleeping on a piece of wood a day prior to sleeping on their beds.
