Place is nice and ok.

Admin/Staff/Service: (4/5) staff is very accommodating and very helpful. They provide assistance once asked. Though some of them are a bit grumpy. But you'll do fine. They can be reached out too even in the latest of nights. Just proceed to their staff house beside their admin office to the left.

They don't charge corkage fees (may change eventually) but they do have a store inside. Just remembder that the prices are somewhat doubled e.g. 1.75L Coke = 120php so keep that in mind.

Rooms: (2/5) We've checked in on 3 rooms. One on the further left and two on the right side on the somewhat up hill part. The room is unusually small for the capacity stated. We had a room that's good for 5 persons but the extra mattress for the fifth person can't even fit that one person lying normally. Sideways? Could be. 😂 Some double decks are also squeeky. What's weird is that the bathroom is somewhat bigger than the room itself.

They also have kitchens for family sized rooms and a fridge (small one, 3ft?). Though, some appliances needs a bit of replacement as it shows age; aircons, fridges, fans.

Place: (3/5) They have cottages that can be used freely. The place is cool and really good for chillin'. They also have a cottage at the sea just barely near the shore which is good for romantic setups. This goes the same for the wharf like place they have which has a cottage as well. It's very cool there and you can also try out fishing (for eels, lol).

They also have a pool. One that's good for kids and one that goes around 6ft deep. Still cool because it feels like it was built like an overlooking-pool-side-edge (? 😆).

The beachfront has a lot of weeds and fishes and is very shallow until a few meters a head. You can walk further ahead and the water will just barely reach your hips. Common activity in the place that you could try is snorkeling and visiting starfish island or the sand bars.

At night, dogs wander the place. They are tame but they do scavenge the trashes and loiter the place.

Overall: The place is nice and cozy. Good for having get togethers and catching up...

Were so disappointed! Were not actually expecting much since its a cheap resort but worst comes worst! The fare from the special tricycle was shocking! 250php going to the resort and 300php going back.||||Room: Clean. We had the bahay-kubo, in front of the sea, good for 2-4 persons with private CR but its not actually private because some guest can use it without our consent since it was separated from our bahay-kubo. Some guest can easily went in front of our bahay-kubo or even in the our porch just to take pictures! Privacy: failed!||||Resort: They have 1 swimming pool which I think they didn't change the water? They just put chlorine everyday! We noticed it because were actually spending the night there and catch the sunrise the next day and we saw how they clean their pool! So we didn't bother to take a dip to their pool.||||The Beach was not swim-able! It was not a beach! no waves came in the shore because of the plants all over the sea! We've tried to go to their floating cottage just to see if that area was good for swimming, but worst! it was full of rocks! So we decided to go back to our kubo and spend our times just taking pictures.. no swimming anymore besides there's no swim-able area!||||The only good about this resort was the sunrise! Staffs are approachable, That's it!||||I will not recommend this resort and definitely...

The resort is located at the end of the concrete road. Sand is brown and black littered with dead leaves from sea grass which imcovers the whole shore. They do have a small swimming pool and a kiddie pool. They also serve food and drinks though its a bit pricy. The taste is good and serving size is good for 3 to 4 person. Parking is limited inside but they also have vacant lots for parking just across the road. You can also rent a boat for 1000 pesos per hour. The boat will bring you to a nicer swimming spot. The staff are good but some are super strict or always on a rush. The facilities are ok but needs regular maintenance. Entrance fee is 200 per person, rooms and cottages are also available for rent with a view facing the sea.

Just came back from this resort (2d/1n) and the overall experience was not good. This is not a 3-star hotel or just close to 2 star. The rooms are full of bugs (literally full bugs) we ask to transfer to other room. The rooms are not maintained. We tried to check all available rooms so that we can sleep and rest better. if you are looking for a beach that has a shore that you can relax, this resort is not for you. The beach is dirty and the beach are not maintained. Because of disappointment, we decided to just visit tagaytay and have an early checkout. Check the photos.
