Safety should be your main priority. The tiles surrounding the pool are very slippery and are not fit for use in wet areas/pools. We have been told that there have been a few accidents/mishaps there but the management has yet to fix this. Not sure what's taking so long to rectify this.||||During our stay, my cousin almost fell down but managed to maintain her balance. My 71-year-old mother-in-law on the other hand, was not very fortunate. While she was very careful, having witnessed my cousin's near fall minutes earlier, she still fell down as the floor was just too slippery. She fell on her bum and hit her head. The lifeguard on duty did not even bother to assist us. He was just seated at one side fiddling with his phone. He did help to report what happened to us to the management (only after my mom spoke to him). I cannot blame him though as he probably was scared and lacked proper training to address such situations.||||Customers should know their rights too. Just because you fell down while on a holiday doesn't mean it is an 'accident' and is no one's fault. Such accidents, caused by unsafe facilities, can also be considered as negligence on the resort management's part. It is their responsibility to ensure that their resort remains safe for public use. If such negligence causes harm to others, then better check how you/your family should be protected. ||||For now, we have brought my MIL to the doctor for follow-up checks. She's been advised to go for xrays and medical exam. We are also separately working on the next steps for...
Read moreDakong Bato is the perfect place to unwind with your family, friends or loved ones. It's also great for team buildings. They have parking space but not that spacious down their area. You can park your cars near the highway, they alloted more space there. The stairs going to our room is steep. Just be careful though. The family room (I forgot to take pics) we got is very spacious and clean but they need to add more tables. The table we had in our room is good for two people only. They also have lavatory inside the room aside from the one in the comfort room. Just check out their rooms in the website, what you see is what you get. Oh, one thing we love is their toiletries. There's also a restaurant where you can just call anytime and give your orders. The food is great and not that expensive. Their staffs are very welcoming and friendly. They also have two big swimming pools. If you're not into swimming, you can also pose and take pictures with their miniatures or sing in their karaoke or sit and stare at the beautiful horizon. So far, we didn't regret going here. They still have more to offer, so see it for...
Read morePlace was great. Staffs were friendly. We rented a cottage for 500 pesos, videoke for 1,500 (i think from a 3rd party, not really from the resort). We had team outing. However, it was much better if we were allowed to check in earlier because there's really no need for us to rent a cottage since the room is so huge and with a balcony, we could not have rented a videoke since resort has its own videoke machine. I asked receptionist if we can occupy the room earlier but she said at first, we need to pay 170 per hour for the early check in, then, I begged if we will no longer pay that lind of amount because we already paid much. Entrance fee is 150 each. But in the long run , we booked a room from Agoda, around 600 plus per night good for 2pax 150 for the entrance...
