This used to be our go to place whenever we felt like unwinding or to celebrate something. If we book a room, we keep to a minimum, like direct family lang jud. If day use, it will not go below 30 pax. Anyhow, "used to" is the keyword. The last visit we had on August 28 really left a bad taste on our mouth. Di mansad me kawalan but I felt sayang because we have been very appreciative of the resort. Here's what happened:

I booked a day use for 30 pax. Knowing that each cottage will only cater 20 pax, I booked 2 cottages. They asked me for DP which is 50% of the cottages' cost. Upon arrival, we went ahead with writing down the names of our guests and what we brought in since they have corkages. Before we left, I asked the receptionist whether we can just choose any cottage and informed her that we booked two. Down came the placing of the food that we brought. Since we had 2 cottages, we decided to move the table from cottage A to B so we have enough room for the food. That's when one of the employees (manong) came and told us straight that "pabayran raba ng lamesa maam kay inyo ng gigamit!" Not the verbatim but we didn't like his tone. He's acusing us when he could have just told us in a way nga dili me ma offend. He radio'd the receptionist but the receptionist herself denied that we booked for two. By the way we are the only day use guest that day. It was raining cats and dogs. But yes, to avoid any further commotion, since we felt insulted man, I went back to the reception. The receptionist herself told me that Maam tag 550 man among cottage which I replied, yes! It's 550 which I paid the amount since the DP you're asking from me is only 550. If you could have asked me 100% then I would have paid you 1100. The manager (I think) then said, it's okay maam, gamita lang ninyo wala mansad laing guest. It angered me more. Mura man noon ug kami pa ang nagaan ug favor when in truth, that cottage is ours to take for the day. Told them that, we will really take it since we booked it! The receptionist apologized, the manager and the manong didnt! We were thinking that maybe they've judged us based on the tranpo we took or maybe we dont deserve their hospitality because we looked poor?! Nevertheless, it was not a good experience. The place that we used to admire became a nightmare. It might not be too big of a deal for others, but for us who have been going back again and again on that place, it's insulting. NEVER...

I stayed for several nights, February 2016. I booked this "resort" because it advertised numerous times "FREE in room WIFI". There is NO WIFI and I find out from management that there has not been WiFi for over 5 months, but "they are sorry". It also advertises housekeeping, but over four days we had no housekeeping, but management says "we're sorry". They also advertise hot water, but the hot water is so so, but management says "we're sorry". Advertised free breakfasts, but management argued tooth and nail about this, but they were sorry! It is all clear as day on my invoice, but to no avail! Then management rents out the resort rooms by the day, only for 2000p to families of 8-10 people who overload the pool and make much noise well into the night and leave a mess that is not cleaned up well into the next day. They also let the water section and local pool people walk through the resort section. This is not a resort atmosphere! There are also red ants on the patio area. But the straw that broke the camels back was when they insisted That I pay for a clean towel after they did not clean my room after three days... "I'm so sorry, I cannot recommend anyone waste their hard earned money on this dump, unless you like being cheated by the management." I have traveled all over the world and yes I have been cheated a time or two, but these people simply are not ready for "western travelers!" It is a pity, because the property has great potential. It's 22 units, nicely laid out with a nice patio 8 tables overlooking an infinity pool and a nice view of the straits of Cebu, Camotes Island and the port of Danao... charming view... but the managements attitudes and demeanor and lies can very quickly ruin get-a-way and they fail to realize the expense and time to get to a destination like this, let alone the hour haul from Cebu and back. Time for new management! ...

Nice, cozy. Good for family getaways. Children friendly place. They have two pools. One is what you see in the photo which is the infinity pool and the other one has a slide. Both are safe for kids but still with parents/adult supervision esp kids 5yo and below. What I didnt like about our stay here is that they have a time or schedule wherein the water or their tank stops that i wasnt informed of, what if you had to go on number 2 during that hour what are we suppposed to do. Lol and also, their tiles on the 2 or was it 3ft pool was so slippery my 2yo nephew slipped and drank lots of pool water. My sister thinks their pool doesnt get much clean up or is it just because the chlorine they isnt so strong or has strong odor. 🤷‍♀️ You must, must make sure to check all your stuff, that you dont leave anything behind because they also dont really check the room when u check out or idk maybe they dont really do that, you just have to be extra because they wont do it for you. We left some children's drinks on the freezer but good news is that they responded (we called for them to check if its really there) and we were able to get it. When we checked in there were also stuff left there probably from the last one who used the room. But yeah over all, the place was good for a mini getaway from our daily lives.

Ps. If you want a solemn getaway, try not to book during the weekends, there will be plenty of families with...

Friendly staff. Relaxing view and good food. Entrance fee for Children - 100 Entrance fee for Adult - 200 -> pay entrance only = cottage is available as part of amenities. Weekdays: 8am-6pm Weekend: 8am-9pm Corkage : 1000php (exept snacks) Room: 3000php (for overnight stay) Kids were enjoying the pool and a dip from the ocean. (To get to the ocean theirs a stairs on the other side of next pool, be careful when its low tide) Food is delicious, when we went there theyre out of water but, good thing they give chilled service water. Have a happy holiday!

Nice swimming pool and nice food. The problem is when we arrived at the resort, the reception told me that there are no more available rooms at the ground floor. She gave us the last room on the second floor. We have a PWD and infant guest and climbing up and down the stairs will be difficult for is. When we arrive at the building, we saw a lot of vacant rooms in the ground floor. The house keeping told is the rooms were already reserved by the other guests. How about us? We also have a reservation, right? What a service!!
