We been in this resort for a weekend (2 nights Saturday and Sunday). The resorts rooms are well maintained and clean. The rooms are build, so that small groups can share the room up to 8 people, there is a very big bed good for more than 8 people. The toilet was clean, but only "cold water from the "grippo" using a "planggana & cabo". The terrasse was big and had a own BBQ, Table and sitting up to more than 10 people.

The Resort, is a place where LOCALS go to celebrate and on Sunday, the Resort was completely full and there where several hundred people over there celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, company outings etc. etc. so that the Karaoke's (many sure more than 10), where "sounding" 24 hours!!!

In few words, the place is not bad, but very load also during the whole night few Karaokes where continuously used!

The best Room, which is a littlebit beside the noise is the "SUIT" which only cost Php 1'800.00 a night, good for 8 People! in the front of it there is a big space, where you can put additional tables and there are also 2 large BBQ Stations. I asked, and you also can rent some Tends and put them up on the above mentioned space! There are also 3 or 4 very nice Beach Villas, where you can celebrate large parties in the own garden, with kitchen, own Karaoke etc. etc.

All in all, this is the place to go to celebrate, where you can be noisy and nobody will be...

The entrance to the resort is a bit muddy. They have a parking area as you enter the place. They have a reception area where you pay for the entrance fees (P80/head pool+beach and P20?/head for the beach. Cottages ranges from P800-3000 with limited seats only. They dont serve food but they sell drinks, cigs and all(no drinking nor smoking in the pool area, unless you are caught) and they have offer for rent swimming attires. They also have a clinic for emergency purposes. They have very nice pool slides with available lifeguards always reminding people to watch their kids (coz they might drown and die of course). Separate pools for kids and adults are available. They also have a grilling station both in the pool and beach side. For the beach, they have ac rooms for rent (P1000/day use and P1200/overnight. The cottages are bigger than in the pools with some karaoke available. It dont like the beach at the time we went there because it was murky and not well maintained. The place is very much crowded so you better come early. They have 1:100 staff to guests ratio so its not well maintained but overall, i do recommend the pool area more than the...

The place is way too big not recommend during holidays or Sunday. Karaoke everywhere max volume. Pick the high tide days it sucks during low tide need to wait at least afternoon. If you want some space there are rental room but it's why too small ideal for couples for the night. If ever done swimming at the sea and need to wash those nasty feeling they do have a bathroom. But got to pay 5 peso per half bucket of water. Don't want the sea?? They have swimming pool but don't use it during afternoon you'll see the disgusting mess left by the kids. //August 7,2022 The place isn't what I remember before It use too be underrated mostly people who come here are wedding ceremony or just outing with family 1/3 max. Now it's kinda hard to put to sentence since I'm an intermediate english speaking bisaya ah basta lain ra sauna Speaking sauna around 2016/2018.

Note: not recommended for loner or wanna be the people around the place is way too...

This place is actually nice, you can have both (sea and pool) but there's a lot of problem we encountered during our stay. At the entrance, the way to the beach was really dark 😬. The management is worst! There was no designated person to ask about things like "how we can get this","how do we do this","where are we going to ask for this" and etc. There's no free running water in the sink and in the CR (it was clogged btw!) 😑😥. And for you to get water you'll need to pay 5 peso for every half full bucket! The sea is not that clean also maybe because of the irresponsible visitors!! The pool and slides? well is okay, sea water and pool water mixed up since most of the visitors didn't go shower (scarcity of water (El Nino?). Well the slides are great. Suggestion: They need to have a good mgt since the place is getting bigger. They need to have a good source of water. And lastly they need to change their light at the entrance, change it to posts .
