I booked a stay here during Holy Week, but my experience was very basic, nothing exceptional.
Starting with the "Family Room," the bed is soft and nice, but the catch is the bad design in terms of bed orientation, facing east (though there is a block curtain).
In terms of comfort, can you sleep? Yes, but one thing is there is no outlet near the bed or a three-way switch for us to turn off the light without having to stand up.
Regarding the utility (Comfort Room), the flush tank of the water closet is defective. Upon opening the tank, there is stored water that seems to have been there for a long time. The chain for the flush lever was not connected to the drain plug, so I immediately fixed it myself since there is no maintenance available.
For room service (breakfast delivered to the room), the receptionist said there was a charge of 50 pesos. However, upon checking out, the other receptionist billed us 50 pesos per plate for room service.
As for the window of the comfort room, there is a building in front of our room that provides a view inside our CR.
Furthermore, Agoda included PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS, which turned out to...
Read moreThis a good place to stay if you're on a budget. The room is clean and the staff is nice and friendly. Although during our stay there is only one staff manning the hotel and we can't get a hold of her that easily because she has lots to do around the hotel. But I really commend her because she's doing her best to cater our needs. The beach is a walking distance from the hotel. Our room also has a good view of the beach. They also have a pool and it looks good at night but it would be nice if they clean it from time to time. There is a free plated breakfast when you book a room. There is also a resto here which is a buffet but needs further improvement on the food. Overall, we had a good stay here plus I really like how approachable and friendly the staff is including the staff...
Read moreThe place is nice. I rated it 3 for two reasons. First, i do think it’s expensive for what it offers. I have been to 2500-3500 per night level of hotels, and what this hotel offers does not match it. Even the breakfast is served at 8am, not 6am which is already quite late. Second reason is seem to be lack of training about PWD discounts. What i experienced from other hotels is that, they will base the discount on the price of the room. This hotel however based on half price of the room. The attendant and her immediate superior discussed it over phone in loud speaker so we hear all their discussion. Anyway, staffs are friendly, but yes i think they lack training. Over all, it’s a passing grade, needs improvement in theory service that should...
