Magdalene apartment — Hotel in Cebu

Magdalene Apartments is located in Arpili, Balamban smack in a neighbourhood block. I have experienced the neighbours as friendly, curious and very welcoming. The Magadalene apartments consists of a couple of apartments and a standalone house that will house minimum of 2 persons. The house has aircon in the 2 bedrooms and in the livingroom. The kitchen has what you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. |The rent per month is 30000 peso in that price power, cable-tv, WiFi and drinkingwater included. At my stay the WiFi didn't work so good so I ended up buying a xtra simcard for my tablet so I had some kind of internetconnection. That's the only thing that was a minus in my eyes. Otherwise the service from the staff was very good and for a small fee of 25 peso per kilo for laundry, they would laundry and fold your clothes. I'm very satisfied with that. If you don't feel like cleaning the place they also do that. But if it costs extra I don't know since we did they cleaning ourselves. ||I do recommend the Magdalene apartments if your tired of the city life and like to relax in the province. It's about 20 minutes ride to Toledo City and about 15 minutes to Balamban. Close to Magdalene apartments there's a small store where you can get the most basic things...

The place is located in a calm backstreet off the main road running down the coast. The apartment had two bedrooms with queen size beds, a huge living room with TV and big table and the place was fully equipped by european standards including AC, ventilators, fully equipped kitchen with enough plates and cutlery for 4 persons, all desirable cooking equipment. You can easily fit a family of four without feeling cramped. The place is very clean with service every day. The location is off from major tourist places, but there is a decent rocky beach with nice clean water around 10 minutes away. Good shopping opportunities are 15 minutes by tricycle. You can also rent a car or motorbike from from the place with or without driver for a day trip to cebu city. We also did a trip to the forest reserve that was very easy to reach from here and much less of a hazzle than it would have been from cebu city.|| ||Our small family stayed for a week to relax after long traveling. This residence is a bit far from the city of Toledo but it is an advantage if you want to live in peace. The apartments are large, well maintained, very well equipped and at a really reasonable price. There is a possibility to rent a scooter on site. The terrace is large is la.residence overlooking a small street very little traffic. There is a big mall just minutes away. The staff is really welcoming and also very dedicated if you need a service or advice. There is a laundry service and disabled access for the apartments on the ground floor.
